'Most Beautiful' List

Recommended Posts

According to the Associated Press's April 29, 2004 report, "couples rule People magazine's list of "The 50 Most Beautiful People in the World 2004," with cover girl Jennifer Aniston and her husband, Brad Pitt, among them.

"I was an unfortunate looking teenager," Aniston tells the magazine in an interview. "I never felt beautiful, ever."

She also says she and Pitt are "absolutely in the process" of trying to have a baby, which includes taking folic acid and setting aside a room in their new house for a possible nursery."

Why do rich folk have such troubles getting pregnant?

No, really.

Hmmm... I have a guess...

They are trying to have a child, this is the problem. Perhaps they should get drunk and lose control of their lives first, that usually does the trick. Just make it so that the timing is inopportune.

maybe the process would spoil their beautifulness :o

or maybe they just like to make a big issue out of it the same as everything else and milk the media

i think it's something to do w/celebrities who have the money to indulge any whim along w/the need for pathos (so if they're having life/death problems, they're more human in the public eye...'see? we have heart-breaking problems just like you.'). i personally can't stand these polls and the entire celebrity gossip industry (rather unlike my more accomplished sister who lives and dies by this shit--people magazine is her goddamn bible).

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
