  1. Mike Tyson came out of retirement on Saturday for a boxing match that captured the eyes of millions of sports fans. Of course, Tyson is one of the most legendary boxers of all-time, and with his electric personality, you never know what may happen as soon as he steps out into that ring. In the end, Tyson got to fight against Roy Jones Jr. with the judges deciding the fight to be a tie. For many fans, it was clear that Tyson actually won although a tie makes sense when you consider how the promoters are probably already planning a rematch. As for his earnings from the fight, it's clear that Tyson and Jones Jr. are being well compensated. According to Jed Goodman on Twitter, Tyson and Jones are both making $1 million just for showing up. However, they could make a lot more than what's being reported although based on disclosed wages, Tyson just picked up a seven-figure payday. Perhaps the most bizarre development here is that Jake Paul and Nate Robinson only made $600 for their fight. Some said this was simply a typo and that they made $600K although Goodman notes that Paul and Robinson are primarily being paid in PPV revenue, which means their earnings will ultimately be much higher. Needless to say, this was successful even for all parties involved, even if Robinson only got $600 to get knocked out. View the full article

Lil Baby, who was recently shooting a music video with Monica, came through with the PS5 for her son. "Melo! Baby! BABY! Tell 'em you gave it to 'em," Monica said with the PS5 box in her hand. "From Baby to you," the rapper said quickly into the camera. "Young Melo, you better behave. I'm trying to tell you," she said. Monica shared a video of Melo's reaction to the gift. As expected, he was excited at simply getting a PS5 but after closer inspection, his face starting glowing by Baby's personal message written on the box. Have you managed to scoop a PS5 yet? 4. If you spent any amount of time on social media last night or this morning for that matter, then you are certainly aware of the fight between Jake Paul and Nate Robinson. The fight became a treasure trove for memes as Paul knocked out Robinson with ease, leading to a scene in which the former NBA star was knocked out cold in the boxing ring. It was a pretty staggering image and many were quick to make fun of Robinson's lack of boxing skill. Despite this, there are still various people who are on Robinson's side here, and some are even challenging Paul as a way to avenge their friend. One of these challengers is none other than BlobBoy JB who recently took to Instagram and demanded that Paul see him in the ring. "No like Jake Paul you've gotta see me after that," BlocBoy said. "I don't like how you did my boy Nate." For now, it would appear as though Paul has bigger opponents in mind. Conor McGregor was called out by Paul after the fight last night, which goes to show just how much Jake means business going forward. Despite all of Paul's ambitious undertakings, it still remains to be seen which fighters will want to give him the time of day. In the meantime, you can check out the highlights of last night's fight, below. View the full article
  5. Quando Rondo is currently in the midst of some drama as his alleged involvement in King Von's death continues to be scrutinized. In fact, Rondo recently had to cancel a performance in Georgia as he claimed the mayor deemed him to be a security risk. In this new song, Rondo chronicles some of the events of his life and how he has been the subject of pain and anguish. His vocals are laced in autotune all while the beat features some lowkey trap drums, some woozy guitar, and even a healthy dose of piano lines to even it all out. You check out the song, below. 7. Nate Robinson and Jake Paul engaged in a boxing match last night as they were the main appetizer prior to the Mike Tyson Vs. Roy Jones Jr bout. In the end, it was Paul who came away victorious as he delivered a vicious second-round knockout to Robinson, who was left face first in the ring for quite some time. Fans delivered some well wishes to Robinson although once they realized he was okay, the memes soon followed. Following the fight, many were curious as to what Robinson would say about the ordeal, and in the end, he opted to take to Instagram where he had a message for those who supported him. Needless to say, Robinson isn't too discouraged about the whole ordeal. "Thank you everyone for all of the well wishes, I’m OK. I appreciate @triller for the opportunity as well as everyone that has backed me during the fight," Robinson said. "To my coaches, trainers, fans, and teammates, I appreciate all of the time and support you guys put in with me...it wasn’t the outcome that we wanted, but I’m thankful for the opportunity to fight on the biggest stage that there has been." Moving forward, it doesn't seem like Robinson has plans to step back into the ring which is probably for the best. As for Paul, well, he wants Conor McGregor next. View the full article
  8. Juicy J came back this week with his latest project, The Hustle Continues. The latest body of work from the Three 6 Mafia legend serves as his first since departing his major label situation and evidently, he had far more creative freedom with this one. Stacked with sixteen songs, Juicy J enlists a slew of high-profile names, like Megan Thee Stallion and Lil Baby, but he also brought on board artists like Conway to the fold. Bringing that cool West Coast swag over eerie Memphis production, Juicy J brings Jay Rock and Project Pat to the mix on "MEMPHIS TO LA." The three rappers deliver muddy street bars, drawing parallels between the streets of Los Angeles where Jay Rock is from and the hoods of Memphis where Juicy J and Project Pat made their name in. 9. Nate Robinson suffered a brutal defeat at the hands of YouTuber Jake Paul on Saturday as he was knocked out in the second round of their boxing match. Coming into this fight, there were NBA fans who felt like Robinson would easily defeat Paul, although they were certainly mistaken as the YouTube star has a lot more fighting experience, and also came into the fight bigger. Either way. Robinson's defeat came as a shock to many and since his loss, the memes have been flying all throughout social media. Perhaps the biggest troll came from none other than Steph Curry, who wished Robinson well prior to the fight. In fact, Robinson told Curry he was ready to shock the world. After being knocked out, Curry made his way back to the thread and said "I see no lies." Basketball fans immediately clocked the reply and had a field day as they couldn't believe Curry would go that far. Not to mention, just minutes earlier, Curry tweeted prayers for Robinson as he was hoping the ex-NBA star was doing okay. Needless to say, Curry switched up as fast as he could. The whole internet was on Robinson's case after the fight, although it remains surprising that Curry would join the Twitter mob. 10. Despite his strange and unexpected alignment with Donald Trump, Wayne realized that the only way to push past the blowback was to drop another mixtape. And he did. At the wee hours of Saturday morning, the rapper returned to form with the third installment of his No Ceilings mixtape series hosted by DJ Khaled. In typical Wayne fashion, he tackles some of the hardest beats out and revamps them into his own. Weezy has plenty of highlights on this project but his take on Jay-Z's infamous diss track on The Blueprint is among the highest displays of his lyrical aptitude. Arriving Lil Wayne and Drake's "BB King Freestyle," Weezy doesn't waste time getting into it, providing a friendly reminder that he's still running the rap game. Check it out below. The match produced some incredible moments, especially during the fight before it, as Jake Paul viciously knocked out the likes of Nate Robinson. As for the Tyson fight, it ended in a draw although many felt as though it was Tyson who clearly won the night as he delivered some savage body shots, all while showcasing some adequate footwork for someone who hasn't fought in 15 years. 13. Nate Robinson and Jake Paul engaged in what ultimately ended up being perhaps the most brutal fight of the entire Mike Tyson Vs Roy Jones Jr. card. 17. Camila Cabello penned a heartfelt message for her boyfriend Shawn Mendes on Instagram. She says she's "learned a lot about love" while dating the Canadian singer. Kevin Winter / Getty Images "I’ve learned a lot about love with this guy," Cabello wrote, Saturday. "It’s not just the happy blissful moments you see in pictures and videos- When you’re in a relationship with someone, it feels like they are this mirror reflecting yourself back to you- I constantly have to confront my fears, my anxieties, my insecurities, my patterns of thinking, my beliefs about life and about myself." The couple began dating in July 2019. Both collaborated together on their massive hit single "Señorita." "It’s not as simple as it looks in pictures sometimes. sometimes, it’s messy and uncomfortable and ugly lol. But there’s nothing like the pull, the FORCE that is love, to be the light in the darkness- to be the gravitational pull that gives you the relentless strength to be braver, wiser, and better than you were yesterday." Cabello continued to explain why she opens up to her fans on social media: "I’m all for being vulnerable on social media because I think only the neatness and perfection of life is shown on here; and that can make us all feel extra lonely and weird! 18. NBC’s Peacock has apologized for a joke in the new Saved by the Bell reboot that referenced Selena Gomez's kidney transplant in what many viewers found to be a distasteful way. Kevin Winter / Getty Images "We apologize. It was never our intention to make light of Selena’s health. We have been in touch with her team and will be making a donation to her charity, The Selena Gomez Fund for Lupus Research at USC," Peacock, NBC Universal, and the show’s executive producers said in a statement according to The Hollywood Reporter. In the sixth episode of the season, two students argue over who donated a kidney to the singer in 2017. “I know for a fact that Selena Gomez’s kidney donor was Justin Bieber’s mom," one student says. "God, I wish that I had my phone so that I could prove it." “Prove what?” the other replies. “That you’re an idiot? It was Demi Lovato’s kidney. They’re best friends, like you and I were.” “Respect Selena Gomez," trended on Twitter after the episode released. In 2017, due to her lupus condition, Gomez needed kidney surgery. She later shared that her donor was her close friend, Francia Raisa. "There aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa. She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me," she said on Instagram after the surgery. [Via] View the full article
  19. Amazon is launching an investigation into it's Alexa device, after the UK's All-Party Parliamentary Group Against Antisemitism discovered that certain questions prompt antisemitic responses from Alexa. Stephen Brashear / Getty Images “We were appalled, therefore, to find that the Alexa voice service offers messages from antisemitic websites and conspiracy theories, using selective quotes and misleading sources in answer to a number of questions about Jewish people, the Holocaust and antisemitism,” a letter written by the group to UK Amazon executives states. "Can you explain how this has happened and what you will do, immediately, to rectify this? ... The matter has been raised with the Home Secretary and we will be contacting the police, so that they might take a view on any breaches of communications or racial incitement legislation." The group found that in response to many questions about Judaism, Alexa would cite information from the "Jew Watch" Wikipedia page, "Jew Watch" being an antisemitic Holocaust denial website. "We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discriminatory and offensive content," Amazon executives said in a statement. "When we detect this type of content, we actively investigate and block responses that don't meet our policy, as we did in this case." Amazon has also supported the Black Lives Matter movement, earlier this year. [Via] View the full article

  23. The Denver Broncos will reportedly be without a quarterback for tomorrow's matchup with the New Orleans Saints, after a COVID-19 outbreak which is affecting every QB on the roster. Kevin C. Cox / Getty Images ESPN's Adam Schefter broke the story on Twitter, Saturday: "All the QBs on the Broncos' roster are ineligible to play Sunday against the Saints after being deemed high-risk, close contacts, sources tell ESPN." The Broncos will not forfeit the game. QB Jeff Driskel tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday. QB's Drew Lock, Brett Rypien, and Blake Bortles were all then placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list for coming into contact with Driskel while not wearing a mask. During the coronavirus pandemic, any newly signed players would need to pass a series of tests before becoming eligible, meaning the Broncos will be unable to sign a temporary quarterback before Sunday afternoon. "One possible QB: Kendall Hinton," Broncos beat reporter Mike Klis theorized on Twitter. "He's on Broncos practice squad as WR but he was a three-year starting QB at Wake Forest. (Won't be coach Rob Calabrese. League won't allow, I'm told)." Rookie WR Jerry Jeudy threw his own name in the hat on Twitter, Saturday: "Guess ima have to get my Lamar Jackson on." The order is the newest attempt to control the coronavirus in the area. Thearon W.
