  1. It's a messy day for Larsa Pippen. The 46-year-old former wife of Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen was photographed walking hand-in-hand with 24-year-old Minnesota Timberwolves baller Malik Beasley on November 23. According to reports, Beasley recently signed a $60 million contract with the NBA team and after being photographed together, the images ran wild through social media as the public weighed in on the mother of four dating a man just four years older than her eldest son. However, that's not where the drama ended. Malik Beasley's wife, Montana Yao, said in a series of Instagram Story posts that she had no idea that her husband was spending time with Larsa. TMZ reports that Montana, who has a child with Beasley, was upset that her husband wasn't able to make it home for his 24th birthday on November 26. "I've always and will forever remain true to who I am and GOD has never let me down," Montana Yao wrote on Instagram. "The truth always comes out one way or another. Appreciate all the love ya'll for real." Then she stated, "Wow... I don't even know this man... this is wild y'all I'm seeing it for the first time just like y'all." Of course, people dragged Larsa's children into the mix, but 20-year-old Scotty Pippen Jr. said he doesn't want to be affiliated with anyone else's mess. After liking a number of tweets from people saying he must be tired and disappointed in his mother, Scotty wrote, "Focused on myself and my goals. I’m not responsible for nobody’s actions. All good over here." According to The Shade Room, their sources claim Montana has retained a lawyer and is seeking a divorce. Larsa has yet to comment on the situation. Fun fact: Beasley is teammates with Karl-Anthony Towns, Jordyn Woods's boyfriend. A tangled web. Check out posts and responses below. Instagram Instagram Instagram [via] View the full article
  2. In the summer of 2019, Lil Nas X decided to share his sexuality with the world. The rising, record-breaking star came forward to say that he is gay, and since that time, he has been supported by fans and teased by foes. Regardless, Lil Nas X lives his truth and has spoken openly about having reservations about revealing his personal life as a Black gay man in the rap world. Recently, Lil Nas X chatted with Zane Lowe about how he's grown as an artist throughout 2020 as he's shed himself of certain relationships and worked on his forthcoming album. The record, according to the rapper, will show more of his authentic self—something that he said he wasn't able to do with 7. "I think artists like Frank in general and, like, Tyler and whatever, they made it easier for me to be where I am, comfortably," said Nas X when speaking about the artist's creative expression. "Also 'Provider' was a very special song to me during this relationship I was in. So yeah, go Frank, he's amazing." Lil Nas X also talked about what led to him making the decision to come out to the public. "I honestly feel that I have my angels with me at all times. I felt like I was just getting signs, okay, it's time we do this thing.' 'Cause it's like I'm already moving forward and I'm becoming more free with everything I do, so let's take this to the next level and, you know, do this," said Lil Nas X. "It was either going to be that or what? Pretend this for the rest of my entire life? And also not be able to express that through my music." The rapper added that he has no regrets and hopes to inspire others. Check out his interview below. View the full article

  4. Adam Snow and Josh Alias have been delivering some pretty solid collaborations in recent times. The two artists have been preparing for the release of their upcoming collab tape, A Place In The Sun which is currently on the way. Now, they've returned with a brand new collaboration off of the project ft. The Game. Though the Compton legend doesn't have a verse on the short record, he sets the tone with a message of possibility before Josh Alias lets off a barrage of bars. "This one was special because me and Josh were both going through some stuff at the time and I remember us both literally praying before the session for the music to be the best it could be," Adam Snow said in an exclusive statement to HNHH. "Fast forward a month or two and The Game, who we'd been chopping it up with for a minute, jumps on it! super excited about this one and wishing the best to everyone listening." Check the song out below. Quotable Lyrics My homies fiendin' for tablets I wish they was fiending for this rap shit The greener the grass is The more I see that they see past it View the full article

  6. The industry is mourning the death of yet another rising artist as it's being reported that Bandgang Paid Will has died. Details regarding the 27-year-old Detroit rapper's death are scarce, but multiple sources, including Bandgang members, have confirmed his death online. It has been reported that Paid Will was shot and killed. This tragedy is the second death in the crew in recent months as BandGang Jizzle P, also known as Bandgang AJ, was murdered back in late September. Following Bandgang AJ's killing, Bandgang Javar tweeted, "I appreciate the love but i dont want sympathy i know what come with the territory, just respect Aj family." Late last night (November 30), Javar penned a tribute to Bandgang Paid Will on Instagram where he spoke about their brotherhood. "Idk how we all ended up brothers but blood couldn’t of made us closer," wrote Bandgang Javar. "Even if we aint talk everyday if i hit you up for some sh*t you answered if you hit me for some sh*t i was there it was never a question. Everytime i came up wit dome sh*t you used to call me a genius and when I was wrong you a say i aint gone lie rose what the f*ck is you doing. We send our sincerest condolences to Bandgang Paid Will's loved ones. Check out a few tributes below. [via][via] View the full article
  7. It's been an odd year and there were many unexpected turns. Many of them related to the 2020 election. 50 Cent's short-lived endorsement of Trump didn't come as a surprise. What do you expect from a guy who made a whole record called "How To Rob" and titled his debut album, Get Rich Or Die Tryin'? What was shocking, though, was the Trump staffer who gave Ice Cube a shout out for his input on the "Platinum Plan." Nick Tre. Smith/Icon Sportswire via Getty Images Though Cube maintained that he didn't support Donald Trump, he faced plenty of backlash for the meeting. And then he slowly removed himself from the Internet because of it. Earlier today, he returned to Twitter with a video explaining his absence from the social media platform. "About 10 days or two weeks before the election, I pushed back all the way pretty much until now because I just felt there was a lot of noise, a lot of poison, a lot of people with they own agendas—personal agendas or party agendas—and they really wanted to attack me for what I was doing because it was outside of the line of what they was doing, or what they believed need to be done," he explained. He elaborated even further, explaining that the Democratic party shouldn't be solely relied on to fix the problems affecting Black Americans. "It's bipartisan," he said. "You’re really trippin’ if you don’t look at both sides of the aisle and push both sides of the aisle to fix the problem." And while he, once again, denied meeting with the Trump campaign for any tax-related purposes, he added that his Contract With Black America is being expanded on and modified. Cube acknowledged that there were aspects and areas that needed improvement from the original. Check out his video below. View the full article
  8. After posting about his desire to go under the knife to get slim and trim, Funk Flex has become a trending topic. The famed Hot 97 radio DJ recently posted a video of himself undergoing liposuction, and he shared in the caption that after losing 40 pounds, he decided to get rid of those "hard areas" via surgery. "Lower stomach, arm pit sides and back fat! No anesthesia, awake the entire time!" Flex wrote. "I really enjoyed it! @drtonyperkins thank u! Home now sore alittle able to go back to work tomorrow! You staff was amazing!" As we all know by now, the internet is undefeated. As soon as Flex uploaded the video of his liposuction surgery in real-time, the public flooded social media platforms with memes from near and far. There were a few Megan Thee Stallion "Body-ody-ody" nods, and many teased the DJ about having an hourglass figure. Funk Flex took the taunts in stride and even shared a few to his Instagram where he made fun of himself. In addition to the jokes at his expense, Flex also posted a photo of over three containers of fat that his doctor sucked out of his body. You can check out Funk Flex's posts and a few memes below. 9. The FBI is currently looking for Casanova as the final alleged member of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation to be taken into police custody in relation to guns and racketeering charges. The Federal Bureau of Investigation department in New York issued a statement today revealing that 18 alleged members of the gang have been indicted on criminal charges such as murder, racketeering, fraud, and firearms, among others. Casanova is being charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. All three of those charges carry a maximum sentence of life in prison. Other charges pressed against the alleged co-defendants are travel act murder, attempted murder and attempted assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering. "As the indictment alleges, the violence and drug activity committed by these gang members threatened the safety of our communities and placed innocent lives at risk," FBI Assistant Director William F. Sweeney Jr. said. "Their unabashed criminal behavior, as alleged, included the murder of a 15 year-old and even extended to defrauding programs meant for people suffering economic hardship due to the pandemic. But thanks to the partnership and hard work of all law enforcement agencies involved in this investigation, we were able to stop this violent criminal organization — and show that Gorilla Stone is actually not 'untouchable.'" FBI later issued a tweet revealing Casanova as the sole defendant in the case that hasn't been taken into police custody. "We are still looking for Caswell Senior, aka Casanova, in connection with this case. He has connections to both NY and NJ," the tweet reads. We'll keep you posted on anymore updates. 10. December 17 will mark the last day of Complex's Everyday Struggle, and DJ Akademiks has quite a bit to say on his way out. We previously reported on the news that Akademiks announced that Everyday Struggle was coming to an end, as will his employment with Complex. During his candid chat with his Twitch viewers about his exit, Akademiks had a few words about Joe Budden and his podcast co-hosts. Johnny Nunez / Contributor / Getty Images "Nine months in, Joe left. Joe kinda offered an invitation to come to REVOLT," said Ak. "I'ma be honest with you, I wasn't with it... Listen, I'm not Rory and I'm not [Mal]. It should be very evident what I built because them bum ass n*ggas are struggling. Facts! I’m gonna be aight. You know what I like about what Joe did?... Joe making millions, he don’t care. You see them little bum ass n*ggas that y'all be like Rory and Mini Mal? Them n*ggas is living like check-to-check. Them n*ggas is really down bad. That was never me.” Akademiks went on to say that Joe Budden can confirm that when Ak visited his house for the first time, he was driving a luxury vehicle. “I pulled up to his crib in a $180,000 car. G-Wagon. Facts! I got that from YouTube. I was doing really well, I was making $100,000 a month. We went to Complex, they were giving us $10,000 for—it was supposed to be a weekly show." It's clear that Akademiks has respect for Budden, calling him a "great creative" who rejected the weekly offer because he wanted to broadcast daily. "So we accepted the terms of a daily show. I said, 'Eh.' Again, I was never there for money. I didn’t collect a check from them for six months. I’m good already. That's the parallel in between where I've been." He added that he took the gig because he wanted to "be a mainstream name," not just being known as the "YouTube guy." You can check out his full announcement below but his comments about Budden, Rory, and Mal begin a little before the 15-minute mark. View the full article
  11. With a Grammy nomination to close out the year with one of the best hip-hop albums of the year, Freddie Gibbs is entering 2021 with all eyes on him. So, if you've been watching his Instagram Story at all, you should know that there's little room for sympathy for pretty much anyone including the legends who paved the way. LL Cool J is a familiar target on Gibbs' Instagram Story but the latest meme from the Gary, Indiana rapper finally caught the rap legend's attention. On Saturday, the rapper flamed LL Cool J for apparently wearing television make-up."Aye fam, this n**ga got on makeup," he said. "Cut it out, man. Just talk about rap shit, don't take about black shit after you did 'Accidental Racist.' You got on makeup, n***a." Gibbs commentary went viral, again and LL Cool J caught wind of it. Though he didn't tag anyone in particular, it was pretty clear who he was talking about when he tweeted at the wee hours of the morning, "I’m doing everything in my power right now not to go in on homie," along with a slew of laughing emojis. Gibbs later posted a screenshot of the tweet to his Instagram Story, writing, "I love U too LL." Check out Freddie Gibbs' response below. View the full article
  12. OMB Peezy has been steadily flooding the streets with new music throughout the year. The pandemic has certainly kept us all inside and many artists have used the time to record in abundance. It appears that's been Peezy's approach, releasing In The Meantime and a slew of loose singles. This week, he returned with a brand new single, tapping OMB Iceberg for assistance. The new collaboration, "Still RUNNING," captures the urgency of the streets with pain riddling Peezy's voice. The soulful production and Peezy's harmonies bring that authentic Southern feel to the record while OMB Iceberg slides through with a stand-out verse. 13. El Camino and 38 Spesh have applied pressure all year as both collaborators and solo artists. Now, they've returned together for their latest offering, Sacred Psalms. Serving as their follow-up to Martyr's Prayer, the new project from Camino and Spesh includes eight songs in total without any guest features. It's another dense offering that showcases their potent chemistry, picking up where they left off on Martyr's Prayer. The latest offering comes after a prolific year from both artists. Camino's unleashed over five projects this year while 38 Spesh has pretty much dropped one project a month on average over the course of 2020. It seems like they have no intention of slowing down in 2021. Check out the latest project from Elcamino and 38 Spesh below and sound off in the comments with your favorite song. 15. All in a day's work for Mulatto. Just one day after reports surfaced that she plans on changing her derogatory stage name, so did a huge uproar from Twitter, revealing that she said colorism is not real on the app, Clubhouse. Naturally, they're firing back at her comment with full force. The "B*tch From Da Souf" rapper has been in hot water since last week, when she declared that she does not identify as black or white, but as her name suggests, mulatto — a dated, controversial, and offensive word to many. "It is a controversy that I hear and see every day as far as my name goes," she told HipHopDX from the BET Hip-Hop Awards, explaining why she is considering changing her name. "So I would be lying to say no I never thought of that. But I can’t say too much right now, because it’s going to be a part of something bigger." She may want to consider changing more than just her name now, because fans are flocking to Twitter to drag her over her latest remark on the topic, and it's blowing up. Some fans are even comparing her to Doja Cat, demanding she receive the same amount of slander that Doja did during her racism-related scandal last summer. View the full article
  16. Being the biggest boss can be strenuous. It's not an easy task and one that can weigh on one's health. Rick Ross knows this first hand. Over the past few years, Rozay's health scares have made national headlines after suffering seizures. In a country like America, where affordable healthcare isn't accessible to everyone, Ross is now using his own platform to try and help millions of others. Chance Yeh/Patrick McMullan via Getty Images Jetdoc, a digital healthcare platform that can connect people to licensed healthcare professionals in minutes, has just teamed up with Rozay for a strategic partnership. The rapper will now be an equity partner, advisor, and spokesperson for the brand, appearing in creative campaigns, ads and more. "As an active artist and businessman, I often don't have time to see a doctor. I'd make excuses and prioritize my healthcare second to my hustle. Jetdoc is a convenient and affordable alternative to going into a doctor's office. To me, it's really the future of healthcare. I wanted to be a part of empowering people to take control of their health regardless of their circumstances. Jetdoc puts the power of managing our health into our own hands," Rick Ross said in a statement about his involvement with the company. Expect to see Jetdoc endorsements from Ross' daily updates from Belaire Towers. View the full article
  17. 24kGoldn is on top of the world. He's been bubbling for a few years and, in 2020, he's finally getting the recognition he's worked so hard for. If you've been following the 2020 XXL Freshman throughout his career, you know that he's been on the brink of superstardom for a while. He's a certified hitmaker and we've all recognized that this year, especially through the release of "Mood" with iann dior. He's gone viral more than a few times and, for the last few weeks, he's had either the #1 or #2 song in the country. 24kGoldn is destined for big things, and we're all excited to see what he comes with on his debut studio album El Dorado. This week, "Mood" was bounced from the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 so 24kGoldn may feel compelled to release more music, potentially getting ready for his next hit record. This Friday, we'll be listening to see if the follow-up to "Mood" is as good as we're expecting. Today, 24k announced that he will be releasing his new single "Coco" with DaBaby at the culmination of the week. There's a lot of pressure on 24kGoldn to perform with this song and, judging by the snippet shared on Instagram, the record is definitely catchy. Is it catchy enough to land him a second #1 hit record though? Are you a fan of 24kGoldn? View the full article
  18. Things have been going very well for Freddie Gibbs in recent times. The release of Alfredo has earned him yet another Album Of The Year contender while he recently earned his first Grammy nomination for the project. And additionally, it seems as if his war with Akademiks has ended in his victory. Akademiks took to Twitch yesterday where he revealed that Everyday Struggle was coming to an end in part due to the tumultuous few months he's had. The personality revealed that his comments about Chrissy Teigan plus his back-and-forth with Gibbs were contributing factors to the decision, though he maintained that he was still on good terms with Complex. Of course, the mere mention of Gibbs' name summoned Freddie's ruthless nature on Instagram. And though he's been reported for "bullying" in the past, he was not going to allow this moment to pass without chiming in. The rapper shared a slew of clips from Akademiks' Twitch stream along with his own series of captions, starting with, "N***a got fired." When Akademiks started complaining about the praise Gibbs received from Complex, Freddie Gibbs reminded him that he's long-deserving of every title he can get. "Lyricist of the year. Real n***a of the year. Gangsta of the year. Gimme all my flowers bitch," Gibbs wrote. Of course, it was only right he brought back the "Fuck Akademiks" freestyle." Gibbs also made sure to clarify that he never actually threatened to harm Akademiks -- just squeeze his breasts. It seems like all of Freddie Gibbs' premonitions have come true. Not only did he vow to destroy Akademiks, including the release of the Teletubby shirt, he also received some smoke from Jeezy just a few weeks ago. If you recall, Ak stated that Jeezy would never respond to Freddie Gibbs due to how "irrelevant" he is. Lo and behold, Jeezy drops, "Therapy For My Soul," addressing the situation with Freddie Gibbs for the first time in a long time. Looks like Gibbs is trying to put the nail in the coffin on this beef. View the full article
  19. This year has been an excellent one for lyricism in general -- look no further than the stacked batch of Best Rap Album Grammy nominees. But for all intents and purposes, the pandemic has changed the radio circuit entirely, rendering the practice of spitting bars temporarily obsolete. While there is a will, however, there is a way -- and today Reason of TDE has found a way to bring a new freestyle to the masses. True, it's not exactly a radio session per se, but with such an extended drought of free-verse rhyming, it's more than enough. Teaming with Audiomack for their Bless The Booth series, Reason wastes little time in diving into the percussive instrumental. "Remember rapping on corners, that feeling back, facts n***a," he spits. "Let's take it back n***a, hustle like Nip but ain't nuthin like you rap n***as / more Nipsey, cause if you fuck with my hustle then I slap n***as / TMZ watchin' n***a, TDE poppin, this the soul n***a -- shout out to Soulo." "Remember these statements," he advises. "Everybody sound alike, so the image is tainted / same flow, same flow, we call that Clippers and Lakers / from a block where n***as pop and kids centers get stapled / shit, a stable mind and I just let my soul out." At this point, it's clear that Reason's pen game is one of his strongest assets, and don't be surprised to see the TDE rapper continue to evolve as a lyricist as the years go on. For him, bodying this "Bless The Booth" is another day in the office. Check it out for yourself, and sound off -- is New Beginnings one of your favorite albums of the year? View the full article
  20. Surely, a large part of Future's appeal — his brand, his persona — is that he's far from soft. In RollingStone's latest Musicians on Musicians segment with him and Roddy Ricch, Future reveals how he's gotten rich off "being the villain," and that his fans aren't interested in a mundane narrative where he finds love, settles down, and lives happily ever after. He began by stating the obvious: The Internet will tear you a new one if you do or say the wrong thing. "They’ll judge you. You can’t say, 'I’m f*cking two sisters at the same time' now and put it on the internet. The internet is gonna go crazy," he said. "If you say that shit right now, they’re gonna explode. You can’t say certain things. I see people say certain things in their music and I’m like, 'N*gga, I was talking crazier than that at the beginning, [but] you can’t say that right now.' You can’t even write a tweet without apologizing." "That’s why I’d rather not say sh*t," Ricch chimed in. "Within five minutes, here comes the apology. 'I’m sorrrrrrry,'" The "Life Is Good" rapper continued. "You should’ve never said that! You have to adjust to the times. You’ve gotta think before you say something." While all public figures have to watch what they say online, Future admits that his bad-boy, toxic facade exempts him from a lot of backlash. However, the downside to that double-edged sword is that he can't show his soft side without being dragged for it. "I built the brand where they’re like, 'That’s Future, don’t pay attention to him. He’s f*cked up anyway.' For me, I can get away with shit. You can get rich off of being the villain, because that’s what they expect," he said. "If I try to be a good guy right now, they won’t want that. 'Where’s the bad Future at?' Then I [become] that, and my concerts sell out. You start talking about [being] in love, and they get mad at me. I be like, 'What the f*ck, y’all don’t want me to be in love?" [via] View the full article
  21. Though it's not quite the same as a collaboration on wax, there's plenty to enjoy from an epic hip-hop throwback picture. Often immortalizing a specific moment in time when several artists happened to connect, it's always fun when a rapper digs into the vault to share one from their personal collection. Prince Williams/Getty Images For Snoop Dogg, sharing throwback pictures has been a common practice, with some of the Doggfather's snaps ranging back from his days in the Death Row camp. Today, fellow west-coast titan E-40 took it upon himself to share an iconic picture, one that captures a meeting of the bosses of epic proportions. Ever the master of vernacular, E-40 penned a caption that speaks volumes: "Too much game in one frame." Indeed, as depicted from left to right are 2 Chainz, Snoop Dogg, Nipsey Hussle, Forty Water himself, Jeezy, and Trey Songz. It's not the first time the picture, which was captured in 2013, has circulated on the internet. But it's still a welcome addition to the timeline regardless and a reminder that Nipsey Hussle was holding it down long before he began to make waves in the mainstream eye. In fact, the picture actually stemmed during the filming of Jeezy's "R.I.P" video, which he filmed at the Greystone Manor in West Hollywood. At the time, Jeezy spoke with MTV News about the star-studded video. "I was shooting a video and everybody just came through and showed love," he explained. "They stayed longer than was asked and they did everything they were supposed to do." Shout out to E-40 for bringing this one back into rotation, and be sure to check out the "R.I.P video below -- who can you spot in the cameo-filled clip? View the full article
  22. The Murder Master Music Show has been providing deeper insight into some of the rap game's craziest -- and often forgotten -- stories, many of which took place in the midst of hip-hop's golden era. Most recently, former Luke Records signee Drugzie (an original member of both the Poison Clan and Home Team cliques) slid through to chop it up about one of the most epic brawls in hip-hop history. The one that transpired between Ice Cube's Lench Mob and Above The Law during the 1990 New Music Seminar. Raymond Boyd/Michael Ochs Archives/Getty Images For those who need a little bit of context as to why the two crews actually came to blows in such an explosive fashion, one fact should be remembered above all. When Ice Cube left N.W.A in December of 1989, it wasn't exactly an amicable split. Many were quick to turn on Cube, including the members of Above The Law, who took to questioning the lyricist's "gangsta" and disrespecting him and his new affiliates. When they ultimately crossed paths in the lobby of the Marriot Marquis in New York City, it didn't take long for a full-blown melee to explode -- much to the dismay of the fans and civilians attending the seminar. "I was there when Cube had the fight," explains Drugzie, who remembers witnessing the legendary brawl first-hand. "I was there. I was in the lobby. I saw Ice-T there, he was taking off his rings flying down the escalator. I saw the bald-headed dude, short stocky, from Above The Law walking around the whole mezzanine floor in the Marriott Marquise with a bat." Clarification: the man he is referring to was confirmed to be Cold 187um. "Straight up! I'm right in front of his face he is not even looking at me, he is scanning the whole area looking for somebody. I'm like "Is he just acting or what? We in the lobby Son!" "Anyway, he sees Lench Mob, and then he chases them down the escalator," continues Drugzie. "And that's when Ice-T--and the ruckus started--then Ice-T's taking off his rings and flying down the escalator. I didn't head down the escalator to actually see. I was still in my street vibe where whoever around could get it. I don't want to see it." It's not surprising to hear that Ice-T was quick to dive into the fray -- lest we forget, he was the "Original Gangsta" himself. 24. For some reason, the internet has popularized a meme that is extremely disrespectful about "smoking on" the ashes of a deceased rapper. Most recently, there have been comments on social media about people "smoking on King Von pack" after the rapper was killed in Atlanta. Gun violence remains an issue in Chicago, especially within the city's rap community. Tooka, a 15-year-old boy who was murdered at the bus stop in Chicago, is one of the most commonly-referenced people in this meme, which was even used by King Von himself and Lil Durk. Tooka's mother, as well as the mothers of slain rappers FBG Duck, Lil Mister, and Ray Ray, are officially speaking out about the violence in Chicago, as well as the harmful "smoking on Tooka" meme. Seated at a roundtable with FBG Duck's mother and others, Tooka's mom tearfully asked people to stop using the meme. "He got his nickname from the hospital," explained Tooka's mom. "They called him 'Attitude,' I shortened it up to 'Tooka.' ... I don't get how they could be intimidated by someone who was 15 years old and want to take a person and want to be making it into a strain of weed. Like how could you [say] 'smoking on Tooka?' Like where did that come from? Who smokes on a dead person? It makes me upset. Where does the level of disrespect stop? He's already dead." She further explained that it's been remarkably hurtful to continue reading comments like that. "Tooka is a whole person. He's not no strain of weed," she said. "He had a mother and family out here. He had people that loved him dearly out here. So all this stuff, y'all talking about y'all 'smoking on Tooka' and dissing him, you can't dance with the devil and expect God to forgive you. You can't do that. It's either-or." [via] View the full article
  25. It's been over two years since Migos released their incredibly bloated sequel to Culture. The Atlanta trio has gone on to embark on their own solo ventures, though the excitement hasn't been able to mirror what they've been able to accomplish as a group. But still, fans have been waiting to see what the trio will be doing on their next album. Sean Zanni/Patrick McMullan via Getty Images Throughout the course of the year, Offset, Quavo and Takeoff have insisted that they're back in the studio cooking up for Culture III. With the release of "Need It" and "Racks 2 Skinny," Offset confirmed that the new project from Migos will be arriving in 2021. "Me qua n take in studio now It’s up for 2021," he tweeted before a fan asked if he was dyslexic. "No is you n***a," he responded. Besides the critique on his grammar, Offset continued to flood the anticipation for the project with a reminder that they've taken two years to create the album. The most telling tweet was the one that followed a slew of pictures of the Migos in the studio along with emojis of bandos. "Back to da Bando," he tweeted. It seems that Offset, Takeoff and Quavo did take in some of Akademiks criticism earlier this year. The Everyday Struggle personality echoed a common sentiment among most fans that they've been running low on momentum over the years. Ak later revealed he had a conversation with Offset who was apparently very responsive to the comments. It looks like we'll be getting the final chapter in the Culture series in 2021.
