  2. Ok. You must understand though that this is nothing more than private sharing, which has been around forever. Based on your description, it may be better in that it's a community approach (like Audiogalaxy was, and SoulSeek is). All the other stuff about server location and accountability is irrelevant. There are plenty of systems that cannot be shut down by the industries (decentralized systems mostly). What this does tell me though is that this is a centralized P2P network. Moving on...... This also tells me that if you share copyrighted material on "public directories" then it is entirely possible for someone working for the industries to initiate a file transfer, discover your IP address, and if you're in a particular country that allows it, can provide that address for use in a lawsuit. That's really about the same as any public P2P network, though it's possible that your system is less popular and that the industries may not be camped out and waiting............yet. I could be wrong about that though. They might already be lurking. That's always good to know.......
  3. I don't know how I forgot him. Good point, although he'd just end up hiring someone else to babysit for him. I suppose it's ok so long as the kids are kept on ground level and away from pools.
  4. All the better! Though I suppose when I go to the pet shop to get food, I'm going to have a few complications.

    Peel a Potato

    Potato peeled in 50 seconds.
  6. Well, for the 14 year old girl, I'd probably want to keep R. Kelly far far away. For the 12 year old boy, I'd keep Justin Timberlake away from him. And for the 6 year old boy..............Michael Jackson, obviously.
  7. I want one of those little guys in the picture at IMDB for a pet. I'd chain him up outside. I might even put a bonnet on him.
  8. Yes you do... What the hell are you waiting for!?!?!?!?!?! GO!! GO!! GO!!! GO!!!! GO!!!!! GO!!!!!!
  9. I don't like Motorhead's music, but that Lemmy guy looks like he doesn't take shit from anyone. They should make a comic book version of Lemmy as a super hero that smacks people around with a large prosthetic penis. His arch nemesis can be Jesus Christ and they can periodically fight for the ultimate title of “God of the Universe”. Normally I’d use an acronym…….GOTU…….but then Lemmy would get me. He’d get me like Sunday morning, or better yet, Tuesday morning.
  10. Well, I wanted to laugh. I tried to laugh. However, I guess it just wasn't really that funny.
  11. The worst movie I ever saw was "Jack Frost" (the horror movie version). Besides 72 plot holes not related to a killer snow man made out of cheap foam (also including a visible ZIPPER on the back of the shitty costume), it also had the most retarded villain any movie has ever seen. That's right; it's a killer snow man who stabs people with ice and carrots. Want to know how they kill him? I knew you would! You see, they are driving this 4x4 truck, and they happen upon a small display of anti-freeze in a store window (4 or 5 bottles worth; each about the size of a gallon of milk). They then proceed to fill the ENTIRE bed of the truck (yes, to the brim) with just those bottles. They hunt down frosty and they somehow end up on the second floor of a house where they conveniently push his jack (frost) ass out a window and down into the bed of the truck which kills him. It was at this point that I had an aneurism and almost died (and after that movie, I kind of wanted to). At least it provided some laughs though.
  12. Shawn, I'd watch that movie out of principle. It sounds like a boat load of ass kicking on a holy level; something that doesn't happen often. Besides, it's probably hilarious!

  18. They had to put God in a hospital? Holy shit!
  19. This law is poorly written though. It isn't defined at all.
  20. And just to show you what a good sport I am, I E-mailed the developer of ClamWin and informed him of the false positive.
  21. Nobody accused you specifically. Shit can happen, people can be hacked. I never thought for a second that the Kazaa Lite team would be behind some sort of worm/virus/Trojan spreading scam.
  22. My feelings were that it was a false positive, but I had to be sure. Do you have a problem with questions and concerns? Stop being defensive.
