  1. That's very true. One of the good things about the United States, is it's wide range of nutcases! We have all kinds method. Seriously though, in the end, we're all human beings, with our own thoughts (which include values, perspectives, etc..). If you're homosexual, and you want to bond yourself to another individual in the manner of marriage, nobody should be there to deny you that. The whole "man and women" crap is more a religious gripe than anything. But people of all creeds, nationalities and such practice a wide variety of religions (some, not at all). So if anyone were to bring up that the very idea of marriage is inherent to their own belief system and that's it, then they're wrong. There are many forms of marriage, in all walks of life. I just hope nobody wrote the "man and women" crap into CA's state Constitution. If so, what utter fools. This ongoing "bitch and moan" fest is just more imposition of perspectives and thoughts unto others. It's a restriction of freedom. We all know what happens, when people are suppressed...... I would have thought all human beings have learned this lesson.
  2. Are there any good politicians left? People who actually care? It seems everyone is just an actor, a member of an organization with a narrow, focused goal, which will not lead to prosperity. Of course, let’s not forget a politician’s best friend, the all mighty $.
  3. I'm really having trouble understanding those who "oppose" a person's decisions in life as far as marriage, and other subjective material. Furthermore, it just doesn't concern them. It seems very judgmental, narrow-minded, self-imposing, and I suspect a religious underhandedness (just my theory, don't get bent out of shape because of that comment). Why can't we just leave these people alone? They have chosen a path. In the immortal words of someone, mind your own business.
  4. I use DigitalConfusion. I like blueish colors.
  5. **using the BlueGray vB (import)2 skin and IE ONLY!!** As you can see, the front page text in the site news is cut off, with no side scroll (you can also see the search button is partially cut off). This isn't a general problem, as Mozilla FireFox doesn't render this way. It's only in IE6 using the BlueGray skin. I know how hard it is to get a nice, uniform appearance, especially when dealing with M$'s IE. I just thought you guys might want to know.
  6. That's good to hear D.A.I.C. To Google's minimal credit, that particular site is the only one. Everything else seems like peaceful, legit ads.
  7. Yeah, I know Beat King isn't responsible for the ads (it's part of the google text ad program). I just hate seeing adverts to anti-P2P sites, on a place such as Beat King.
  8. Just a quick and obvious question. I'm sure the administration has it's "reasons" for advertisements on Beat King (top, by the logo), but I was wondering, why is Beat King displaying ads to such sites as... findanymusic.com ...a known "scam" site (you pay, for them to give you an otherwise free P2P client, and a little "support")? I mean, advertisements are fine, but why these? I'm sure Beat King is not directly responsible for every single ad displayed, but perhaps Beat King can receive adverts from a source that doesn't link to such sites? I believe in the freedom of P2P. I compiled a very long list, a while back, for all these types of sites. It was posted at "http://www.supportp2p.com", but the site went under. Sadly, I lost the list completely. Perhaps though, it's once again time for me to compile the list, and maybe post it here, at Beat King.
  9. Mistakes are going to happen, but at least you're real. Lip-Synching is cowardly, and often times is a sign of lesser talent. That is why, music like this shouldn't cost nearly as much (and in most cases, doesn't cost anything, mwhahahaha).
  10. Actually I DOWNLOADED IT!!!!!! ARRRR MATEY!!! **waits patiently for the FBI to arrive**

    Do You Smoke?

I've never even thought about it. The idea, and the visuals I get from other people, make me genuinely want to vomit.
  12. You can have my cow, when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.
  13. Where is the "The roof collapses, and they all die" radio button? Out of that list, the only "artist" I could remotely like, would be Evanescence. A pretty good voice.
  14. Yes, but did he remember to bring the smurfs? That is the question.......
  15. Sweden needs more tranquilizers. If the authorities put them all in round rooms, they wont have to worry about them shitting in the corners!
  16. Yep, I gave it a listen, for shits and giggles. I did indeed ask myself "When will this end". I have since, er, "disposed" of it...............of course you know that I threw the, nice, store bought CD out, right? No, no, I didn't say I deleted the PIRATED MP3 FILES.
  17. I was considering whether or not to buy this, then I got distracted by A Perfect Circle's release "Thirtheenth Step". I bought that instead, though I may buy this someday.
  18. Screaming can work. If used properly, in the right situation or flow of a certain piece, it can work. If not used properly...........you become Korn. BWHAHAHAHAHAHA.
  19. I liked "The Better Life". Unfortunately, I just felt that "Away from the sun" lacked originality, and I found myself thinking "Gee, this sounds like The Better Life, without appealing lyrics". Funny thing was, I bought, yes, bought Away From The Sun, but did not buy The Better Life. I hope to hear something new, and stimulating in the future. Away From The Sun is not a dismal failure, but it could be a lot better.
