999,866 It was an awesome day on this coast of the US too--70's, sunny, day off from work. Our kids did an awesome job at International Night--they did a great on their "Prakruti/Nature Dance" from India as part of their presentation.

The kids have "International Night" at the rec center tonight--they are doing a presentation or something on India. Tomorrow is sort like a day off. I want to get my new bowling ball drilled, at some point, then try it out!

It would have to be an artform to be missed...Rap ceased being an artform in the early '90's. Of course, rock is just about dead as a doornail too, imho. Top 40 radio hasn't been this bereft of talent since the early 80's.

That's great! This weekend, lets see I just finished with some stupid errands I needed my truck for. Now were are about to celebrate Beltane--just hid a bunch of chocolate bunnies and eggs out in the yard and the kids just gathered 'em up, then we are going to a May Pole and bonfire thing this afternoon. Tomorrow we are going to a Hindu Holi Day festival and the kids get to perform their Indian dance they have been practicing for the past two months. Then I have to meet my dad so I can drive him up to Providence to visit my uncle, who just had a triple bypass yesterday but seems to be recovering nicely, so far.
