But are they 'easy' on the ears?

I don't know about easy on the ears but they were easy on the beats.

"Easy" lies in the ears of the listener. I much prefer the Easybeats to Neil Young.

Another "British Invasion" sound type group....except that they were a bunch of Brits/Europeans that got together in Australia. Supposedly they put on a high energy type show but I don't know firsthand 4sure.

Apparently, you are not the only Young-hater these days
Neil Young is a scumbag.

That’s what my buddy said at dinner last night. He loved Neil Young, but no longer. Because Neil blamed the union for cancellation of his gig, when the true story is he just couldn’t sell enough tickets! 6,000 at the Forum. Is this any surprise? For a guy who’s overcharged for far too long, implying he’s going to play the classics and not?

Scumbag.... I don't know him well enough to say that with any certainty. However, he certainly looks the part from the pics I have seen. old and dirty scumbag at that.

I dislike his voice. It grates on my nerves something awful. Maybe that is why he is selling fewer tickets. People can't afford enough dope to make him sound good or not look like an old homeless YObama supporter.

Quiet Village - Too High To Move, from the Silent movie album.

Radioslave's Matt Edwards and Joel Martin are compilation artists, who dig up old material to fashion their retro, soft focus sounds.

Cloud Cult: The Man Jumped Out The Window - from the album, Advice From the Happy Hippopotamus

Listen HERE

It's the thoughts that you feed

It's the habits you need

It's the things that you don't think that you're seeing

When you're really seeing

That man jumped out the window

Come back in the window

That man jumped out the window

Come back in the window

It's your tone in my mouth

It's the things that we're too scared to talk about

It's the feeling that you're dreaming

(You're not really dreaming)

That man jumped out the window

Come back in the window

That man jumped out the window

Come back in the window

It's the feeling that you're falling

But there's a fine line between falling and flying

It's the feeling that you've lost it

What don't you get?

What don't you get?

(x2)

It's the thoughts that you feed

It's the habits you need

It's the things that you don't think that you're seeing

When you're really seeing

That man jumped out the window

Come back in the window

That man jumped out the window

Come back in the window

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
