  1. It seems as if people have a lot to say about Ben Simmons this NBA season. One fan in particular took his grievances towards Simmons and somehow found a commonality between the Sixers' player's career and Chris Brown's. Though one of the greatest R&B performers of our time, he certainly hasn't been absolved himself from criticism over the course of his career. Chris Brown, however, is better at his own craft than Ben Simmons' is at his. That's no shot at the Sixers star but Chris Brown is both a phenomenal dancer and singer that has been setting stages ablaze since he was a teenager. And he knows this, too. A tweet has been circulating comparing Ben Simmons' game to Chris Brown's catalog. "Chris Brown really is the R&B Ben Simmons... no progression, no decline.... just the same old shit ass musician," the tweet reads. It quickly made its rounds across the Internet before finding itself on Chris Brown's timeline who, according to a screenshot captured by TheShadeRoom, was furious at the comparison. "Y'all pussy ass n***as gone stop playing wit me like I ain't better than any n***as u can possible think of," he wrote in a since-deleted comment before pointing out, "BASKETBALL A TEAM sport." "You fuck ass lil n***as better watch sport center because you'll lose count watching my paper. Now go ask ya momma who ya real daddy is," he concluded. Chris Brown's also a pretty mean basketball player, apparently. However, we're not going to bank on him in a 1-on-1 against Ben Simmons. Check the post below. View the full article
  2. At this point, Drake does not need to do very much to remind us that he's one of the biggest artists in the world right now. Earning accolade after accolade, it almost feels like the 34-year-old "Nice for What" artist has broken every record out there. Back in 2016, "One Dance" became the first single to ever cross the 1 billion streams threshold on Spotify, while shattering a previous record set by The Beatles for most songs simultaneously charting in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart when seven singles off Scorpion held spots in the top region of the chart at the same time. The Toronto-bred rapper has now earned another career distinction. Gregory Shamus/Getty Images As reported by the industry charts aggregate platform @chartdata, Drizzy has just made history as the first artist to ever surpass 50 billion combined streams on Spotify. Per the account, the hitmaker "has now surpassed 50 billion streams on Spotify across all credits. He is the first artist in history to hit this milestone." One user pointed out that Drake's lead is so enormous on just Spotify, adding up his combined streams on each of the respective music platforms would simply be unfair. With his forthcoming LP Certified Lover Boy expected to arrive in the first quarter, the OVO head honcho's hold on the streaming industry is expected to grow even tighter. He and Meek Mill were rumored to be in the Bahamas shooting a new music video for the upcoming project. In the meantime, the megastar has been working on his new NOCTA sublabel under Nike, revealing some new pieces from the line last week. View the full article
  3. Last night was a difficult one if you are a fan of the Baltimore Ravens as the team lost to the Buffalo Bills in a low-scoring game, 17-3. Quarterback Lamar Jackson has struggled in the playoffs over the last few years and last night was yet another example of this as the Bills defense was simply too potent for the Ravens' offensive schemes to handle. Not to mention, Jackson was injured in the third quarter of the game as his head hit the ground hard, leading to concussion protocol. Following the match, Jackson received some support from a fellow Floridian, in Kodak Black. Just a couple of weeks ago, Jackson asked President Donald Trump to commute Kodak's sentence, and now, Kodak is returning the favor with some words of wisdom for the former MVP trophy winner. "Sometimes We Come Up Short & It’s Ok My Dude I’m Witcha Regardless," Kodak explained. As it stands, the artist is still in prison and has been quite honest about his struggles with depression although it's quite obvious that he has been receiving a ton of support from people around the music and sports industries. Hopefully, Jackson sees these words and takes them to heart heading into next season. Andy Lyons/Getty Images View the full article
  4. Lil Berete has been one artist out of Toronto to look out for over the past few years. The Regent Park artist's Icebreaker and 1 Way Out showcased his versatility and penchant for making hits. 2020 was a year where he did just that. Following the release of 2019's 1 Way Out, he continued to flood the streets with singles like "Ride Or Die" and "Treacherous." It's a new year and Berete is looking ready to run 2021 up. The rapper returned this week with his hard-hitting new banger, "War Ready." Equipped with a cinematic visual that showcases the rapper in a high-stakes scenario in the 6ix, the rapper opens up the track acknowledging that he's on some "different shit" while insisting he remains the "hottest in the Dot." Check the record below. 5. There have been some pretty incredible shoes released over the past year although when it comes to brand new silhouettes, few have captivated sneakerheads quite like the Puma RS-Dreamer, which is J. Cole's very first signature silhouette. The sneaker is billed as a basketball shoe although it has mostly been worn for everyday casual use, as the chunky silhouette is reminiscent of some of the other great offerings Puma has delivered over the years. A plethora of colorways has been released for this shoe although perhaps one of the best is the "Ebony and Ivory" offering which dropped just about a month ago. We at HNHH were lucky enough to get our hands on the colorway, and in the images below, courtesy of our very own Eddie Lee, you can see just how gorgeous these kicks are. Image via Eddie Lee As the name would suggest, the shoe features white and black aesthetics, with grey thrown into the mix for some added contrast. The white upper is mainly made of breathable mesh, which is perfect for ballplayers who need that extra comfort while out on the court. From there, black suede is placed on and near the midsole, giving the shoe a more complete look. When it comes to the midsole, Puma uses ProFoam technology that gives you that extra bounce and explosiveness while you're on the court. Overall, this is a versatile shoe that can be worn on both the court and in everyday life. This colorway is especially great as it will match almost any outfit or jersey. Be sure to keep it locked to HNHH, as we will continue to drop new sneaker unboxing content, all while delivering the latest updates from the sneaker world. 6. The COVID-19 vaccination is finally ready for distribution after dealing with the pandemic for close to a year. Understandably, many people are not super eager to volunteer to be one of the first people to receive the vaccine. Getting people excited about getting vaccinated has surely not been an easy feat, so organizations across the country are getting creative in persuading folks to get the shot. Cannabis activists in Washington, D.C. are offering up a free bag of cannabis for those receiving the COVID-19 vaccination, the DC Marijuana Justice group announced this week. Dubbed 'Joints for Jabs,' the cannabis giveaway initiative is being arranged to happen at the same time vaccine clinics are expected to open in the area. In a press release, DCMJ shared that they hope to highlight the need for more cannabis policy reform at both the national and local level while simultaneously bringing awareness to the importance of equitable vaccine distribution. Lucky vaccine-clinic goers receiving the intention will be greeted by dozens of home cannabis cultivators handing out free bags of the green inside the centers. Mark Wilson/Getty Images Specific locations and times will be announced on the group's site here once they have more information about the vaccine locations. “We are looking for ways to safely celebrate the end of the pandemic and we know nothing brings people together like cannabis,” said Nikolas Schiller, the group’s co-founder in the press release. “DCMJ believes that cannabis should be consumed safely and responsibly, and the pandemic has made this incredibly difficult for many adults to share their homegrown cannabis. When enough adults are inoculated with the coronavirus vaccine, it will be time to celebrate – not just the end of the pandemic, but the beginning of the end of cannabis prohibition in the United States,” she continued. Mark Wilson/Getty Images The group is currently pushing for Senate to pass the MORE act, a landmark bill that would legalize marijuana on the federal level that was approved last month by the house. Let us know what you think of this pretty cool deal down in the comments. [via] View the full article
  7. Bobby Sessions can successfully walk a tightrope balancing the essence of hip-hop and commercial viability. He can trade bars with someone like Royce Da 5'9" while also co-writing one of the biggest hits of the year, Megan Thee Stallion's "Savage." Needless to say, it's only up from here and he's keeping that momentum high as he enters a new year. The rapper slid through with the official remix to his record, "Made A Way." The uplifting song gets the remix treatment with an additional verse from Lecrae who adds his own touch to the record. The song originally arrived as part of Bobby Sessions EP RVLTN (Chapter 3): The Price of Freedom that arrived in September. Check out Bobby Sessions and Lecrae's new collaboration below and sound off in the comments with your thoughts. 8. One thing many people could not quite wrap their head around was the amount of self-incriminating evidence that came out of the attempted violent insurrection at Capitol Hill on January 6th that left 5 dead. The FBI has already used much of this evidence to catch individuals responsible for the chaos, arresting some key individuals who played a role in the attempted siege already. Luke Mogelson, a journalist and contributing writer at The New Yorker has just shared some remarkable new footage from behind the scenes inside of the Capitol invasion. Mogelson had attended the pro-Trump rally on January 6th already prepared for the potential violence that may ensue. He had spent months investigating different "alt-right" Trump-supporting organizations like the Proud Boys and anti-lockdown militias. The remarkable footage he was able to capture from inside the Capitol siege feels also interactive as he walks through breaching the first barricades to rummaging through the desks on the Senate floor, as well as all the violence in between. After attending the riot, he penned a report published Friday by the magazine titled "Among the Insurrectionists" detailing his experience observing the angry mob. Describing the scene as the crowd stormed into the Capitol building, he wrote, "A dozen police stood in a hallway softly lit by ornate chandeliers, mutely watching the rioters—many of them wearing Trump gear or carrying Trump flags—flood into the building. Their cries resonated through colonnaded rooms: “Where’s the traitors?” “Bring them out!” “Get these f*cking c*cksucking Commies out!” Check out the video from inside the siege below, and read Among the Insurrectionists by Luke Mogelson here. 9. B2K was certainly ahead of its time. Their music and accompanying visuals hold a special place in the hearts of millennials across America. Unfortunately, at the time of their major comeback, Raz B dropped bombshell allegations on Chris Stokes, the founder of The Ultimate Group that later signed B2K. Raz B claimed that he suffered from sexual abuse at the hands of Stokes, recently elaborating on these allegations on an upcoming episode Jason Lee's show. Unfortunately, it was revealed that Lee received a cease-and-desist letter to stop the interview from airing online. Lee, a victim of sexual abuse himself, was irritated and vowed to exhaust every possibility to getting this important conversation to air. Meanwhile, the B2K member aired out his own frustrations. "Check this sh*t out, I'm tired of f*ckin' being bullied," he said. "You ain't gotta send nobody to see me, but what we will do, is when I see you, I'm smackin' the sh*t out yo ass." Raz B has been trying to get his story heard for years. He's previously touched on the molestation allegations against Stokes, though the interview on Fox SOUL with Jason Lee was seemingly more in-depth than any interview he's done in the past. Raz later took to Instagram where he vowed to take a lie detector test in order to stop the gas lighting. "So I been getting a bunch of calls from my loved ones. People that support me. And they're like, 'Take this down. Deal with this privately.' But I say -- Yo, they've ruined me publicly," he said. "Got people thinking that I'm gay -- and I'm not because I was molested by a pedophile... Since y'all trying to shut me down publicly by sending out cease-and-desist letters, lets get in the room with the lawyers and let's take a polygraph test. I'm gonna take the test and when I take the test, you can take whatever it is that you need to do. When you take it, and when you fail, you take this fade and you take that bid 'cause I'm tired of being bullied and I'm not going to be bullied no more." Shortly after the video went live, fans shared alleged DMs from Chris Stokes after calling him out over the allegations. Apparently, Stokes responded to these fans, claiming his innocence while alleging Raz B's older brother is actually the one who abused the B2K member. "It is not True! Stop with this. His brother Ricardo Thornton raped him and is in Jail in Vegas for raping two girls look it up. They have criminal records. I have never did anything to raz b. Those are lies," he said, allegedly copying and pasting the same message. Last night, he seemingly fired back at the overall allegations with a meme that read, "People will throw dirt on your name and get mad when flowers grow from it." We'll keep you updated on the situation. View the full article
  10. Smokepurpp burst onto the scene alongside Lil Pump back in 2017 and since then, he has continued to release new singles and projects. Unfortunately, 2020 seemed to be a bit of a down year for the artist as he released a project that only managed to sell 5,000 copies in the first week. This led to a lot of clowning on social media, although Purpp didn't seem to care as he continued to big himself up on social media, noting that sales don't actually matter. Now, Smokepurpp is teasing a big 2021 as he recently got on Instagram and revealed his plans. As you can see in the clip below, Purpp says that he is going to flood the market with music and drop a plethora of songs and music videos. He also claims that he is one of the hardest artists out, and he doesn't care for those who say otherwise. "If you don't think I'm the hardest n**** out, then you a bitch," Purpp said. "I don't care who you are. I'm the hardest n**** out. 2021 I'm going up." Needless to say, Purpp has all of the confidence in the world right now, which means some great music could be on the way. Let us know if you're looking forward to his music, in the comments below. Vivien Killilea/Getty Images for Pandora View the full article
  11. As we've previously reported, D.C. police department and Capitol police alike have been working around the clock to make sure Wednesday's (Jan. 20th) Inauguration goes smoothly following the violent attempted siege that took place on the 6th. According to TMZ, in addition to heightened patrolling of major cities across the country, sources are reporting that law enforcement will also pay close attention to other huge landmarks around the United States. A source told the publication that there will be a surplus of security around the Trump Tower and other locations linked to the outgoing President in addition to officers patrolling around City Hall in the days leading up to the swearing-in ceremony. The source notes that while there are no specific threats to these buildings, the NYPD and other defense agencies simply aren't willing to take any chances. Spencer Platt/Getty Images In Los Angeles, a source reports that besides securing government buildings, LAPD will also pay close attention to power structures, water treatment plants, communication towers, power grids, and the L.A. Zoo. The reasoning for protecting the zoo is that police are allegedly concerned people who want to create chaos would go in and free the animals, which would do exactly that. Elsewhere, other cities are echoing the same sentiment of "monitoring the situation," in San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Chicago, Atlanta, and Miami. Spencer Platt/Getty Images As we already know, the National Guard and D.C. police have already been working 12-hour days for 7 days each week since the insurrection at the Capitol. 14. Last year, Gunna enjoyed a ton of success as he dropped off his latest album called WUNNA. For many fans, this was a huge development for the artist as he was able to round out his sound and cement himself as one of the most consistent hitmakers in hip-hop. Moving forward, Gunna has plans to flood the market with music, and fans are excited to see what he is able to deliver. Since Gunna's music is successful, he has been able to enjoy quite a bit of financial freedom over the years, and recently, he decided to share the wealth by gifting his niece a brand new car. In the post below, you can see that Gunna got his niece a shiny black Nissan that she certainly seemed to be excited about. The post, which was shared by Akademiks, was immediately filled with comments criticizing Gunna for getting his niece a Nissan instead of a lavish car. These comments were immediately met with pushback by more rational individuals, who noted that no one really needs a luxury car and that the Nissan was more than enough as far as gifts go. At the end of the day, a car, regardless of price, is a huge gift and we're sure his niece was both appreciative and surprised. Kendrick Lamar received similar criticism a while back for the car he bought for one of his family members and the vitriol was just as ridiculous then as it is now. 15. Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback in the history of the NFL and while he may not be the most talented player to ever step on the field, he is one of the most clutch and certainly the most successful. As a result, opposing players, especially rookies, love playing against Brady as they feel like it is a great opportunity to prove themselves. This was most definitely the case for Washington Football Team rookie Chase Young, who was fired up to play against Brady last week in the NFC Wild Card round. In the end, Brady and the Buccaneers came out on top although, after the game, Brady and Young exchanged some kind words with one another. During the exchange, Young asked for Brady's jersey, and the GOAT delivered, sending a signed Bucs uniform right to Young's door. Young has a promising career in the NFL and receiving such a gift from a player like Brady is certainly a huge deal. Brady has always maintained a level of respect for the younger guys in the league, and it's clear he sees a lot of potential in the Washington Football Team's defensive star. Today, Brady will be looking to expand on his team's playoff run as they take on the New Orleans Saints in the NFC Divisional Round. View the full article
  16. Many experts have warned of the dangerous second-wave of COVID-19 the United States would suffer through if more wide-sweeping pandemic regulations were not enacted. With the vaccine distribution in the country also lagging severely behind at its planned distribution rate, the realities of this haunting second-wave are beginning to hit even harder. Over the weekend, Los Angeles became the first US county to record more than 1 million confirmed cases of coronavirus, according to state officials. The county also recorded its first confirmed case of the UK COVID-19 variant strain known as B.1.1.7. The health department confirmed the more contagious variant was already spreading, with Barbara Ferrer of the state department adding, "The presence of the UK variant in Los Angeles County is troubling, as our healthcare system is already severely strained with more than 7,500 people currently hospitalized." Frazer Harrison/Getty Images "Our community is bearing the brunt of the winter surge, experiencing huge numbers of cases, hospitalizations and deaths, five-times what we experienced over the summer," she continued. "This more contagious variant makes it easier for infections to spread at worksites, at stores, and in our homes. We are in the midst of a public health emergency so please do everything you can to protect yourselves and those you love," Ferrer finished. Just a few weeks ago, Los Angeles County reported that their ambulance vehicles were under strict orders on what situations require transporting individuals to emergency rooms and which ones do not. The county's medical system is under pressure right now as they deal with battling the coronavirus surge with stretched resources. Brian van der Brug-Pool/Getty Images As for vaccine distribution, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, at least 31.1 million doses of COVID-19 have been distributed across the country, while at least 12.2 million of them have been administered. 17. Her boyfriend Karl Anthony Towns has just tested positive for COVID-19, and now Jordyn Woods is giving an update on her family's conditions. Towns has had a rough go during this pandemic as he's shared that he'd lost seven family members to coronavirus, including his mother, Jacqueline Cruz. The 25-year-old Minnesota Timberwolves player has been doing his best to stay safe, but on Friday (January 15), ahead of the scheduled game with the Memphis Grizzlies, Towns revealed that he contracted COVID-19. Jordyn shared a message of support to her NBA boyfriend before updating her followers about her status. "Be strong @karltowns," Woods wrote on her Instagram Story. "You're a true fighter. This is not fair or right that you were put in this position when you were just trying to do your job. You got this. Please send some prayers up." 18. After reports surfaced that Von Miller was in trouble with the law, his ex-fiancée Megan Denise has come forward to set the record straight about their relationship. The former couple made headlines days ago after Me'Gan shared screenshots of their texts and DM conversations where she claims that the NFL player wished death upon their unborn child. Megan is reportedly pregnant and told the world that Von wished that she would suffer a miscarriage. Earlier today (January 14), we previously reported on the enigmatic news regarding Miller. It was only shared that there was an investigation taking place in Colorado, but details have been held under lock and key. Rumors soon surfaced that Megan may somehow be involved, and she took to her Instagram Story to deny speculative gossip. "In light of recent media reports regarding my relationship with Von, I feel that I need to address a couple of things," wrote Megan. "First and foremost, at no point in our relationship was there any type of physical abuse or violence by Von, whatsoever. For anyone to say otherwise, or to speculate such, is wrong." "With regards to my social media posts, a part was misconstrued and taken out of context," she added. "(PA) I do regret making a private situation public, and in doing so, bringing unwanted attention to both Von and myself. Von and I are excited to be welcoming our baby into the world, and are committed to raising our child with love and compassion, together as a family. Sincerely, Megan Denise." According to TMZ, the Denver Broncos have stated that they are "aware of the investigation and working on obtaining more information on the matter." [via] View the full article
  19. He was apart of the insurrection at America's capital, causing Congress to be shut down as members were quickly ushered to safety, but a judge believed that 60-year-old Arkansas resident Richard Barnett should only receive house arrest. On Friday (January 15), U.S. Magistrate Judge Erin Wiedemann in Arkansas set Barnett's bond at $5,000, ordered him on house arrest with an ankle monitor, and told him that he couldn't be in contact with any others involved in the insurrection, nor could he use the internet. Barnett became a poster boy of sorts for the failed coup at Capitol Hill after he was photographed sitting at Nancy Pelosi's desk and later, he posed for photos while holding mail he'd stolen from her office. The public quickly complained about the treatment that Barnett was receiving, especially because he was also seen on a bullhorn bragging about his antics during the January 6 event and was allegedly carrying a stun gun at the time. Hours after it was announced that Barnett would be waiting out his case in the comforts of his home, a federal judge quickly reversed that decision. A new order was sent to have Barnett transferred to Washington, D.C. where he would await his trial. “If (Barnett) will travel across the country and engage in this level of criminal behavior because he believes that he is right and it is the Electoral College that is wrong, what would deter him?” Assistant U.S. Attorney Kim Harris said. Five people died during the violent takeover at Capitol Hill, including a woman shot by police and an officer who was beaten with a fire extinguisher. [via] View the full article

On January 26, 2020, a helicopter carrying the passengers unexpectedly crashed in Calabasas, California, and tragically, there were no survivors. Yesterday (January 14), Vanessa uploaded a funny clip of herself singing along and laughing to Salt-N-Pepa's "Shoop," but after the fun times dissipated, the widow returned to social media today to share a quick thought about the grieving process. "Let me be real- Grief is a messed up cluster of emotions," she wrote on her Instagram Story. "One day you're in the moment laughing and the next day you don't feel like being alive. I want to say this for people struggling with grief and heartbreaking loss. Find your reason to live. I know it's hard. I look at my daughters and I try to push through that feeling for them. 21. A chance meeting back in August 2019 helped a college student cover his tuition fees, under one condition. As he was traveling with his entourage, a young man named Ahmad jokingly asked Lil Uzi Vert if the rapper would pay his college tuition. In a surprising move, Uzi stopped and spoke with the student who shared that he was studying at Temple University. Uzi said he "could pay for that" but added that it would be covered after he'd graduated. Almost a year and a half later, Ahmad has given an update. "As of right now, it's in the process," he said in a video shared to social media. "I'm not allowed to explicitly disclose anything right now, but I know I'm gonna be getting hate as soon as I graduate. I'm a senior at Temple right now, my major is political science with a minor in [economics] and Roc Nation put down $20,000." "The thought process behind that was when I asked [Uzi] that question—so my mom and I were actually discussing about my loan stuff. My mom's a single parent, my dad passed away when I was eight-years-old. She's been raising me single and money has been a problem, obviously, so me getting my college tuition paid for [would] be beneficial for whatever because I don't have to be in debt." Ahmad said he decided to shoot his shot with Uzi and it worked out. Soon, a debate about whether or not Uzi should help him financially before graduation arose, and the rapper added that the agreement was once he completed his studies, the debt would be taken care of. In his interview, Ahmad called Uzi and "real one" and praised the rapper for his help. Check out a few posts below. [via] View the full article
  22. Back in November, Hitmaka ruffled feathers when he made some admissions during his conversation on Drink Champs. The producer, also known as Yung Berg, said that in the past he'd had sex with both Teairra Mari and Naturi Naughton, and after being criticized for bringing up the women's names, he issued an apology. For the first time, Naughton acknowledged Hitmaka's comments and told The Breakfast Club that she came close to making a call. Bennett Raglin / Stringer / Getty Images "Recently, there was [an] interview where I just felt like, 'Oh, okay, I might have to call somebody to pull up on what's his name,'" said the actress. "You know, I guess it's a thing for people to say that they've been with me..." Naughton was interrupted by Angela Yee who reminded everyone that the actress was speaking about the producer. When DJ Envy said, "Oh, Yung Berg," Naughton replied, "Oh, is that his name?" Yee added that she'd already spoken with Naturi and the actress denied Hitmaka's claims. Envy still wanted to know why Hitmaka would pull a story "out of the blue." Naughton answered, "So, Envy I was 15, 16, when I was in 3LW. I don't know what kind of date—group activities? I remember we all lived in L.A., maybe we all hung out in groups? I wasn't even doing dates, but let alone active—I mean, it took a lot to not come on here and be like, really?" Naughton also mentioned Hitmaka's apology that surfaced a week after his Drink Champs interview. "But, hey, maybe it's a compliment. People wanna get with Tasha. Poor baby." 23. Not long after sharing his surprise single "Masterpiece," DaBaby dropped off the music video for the track. Recently, DaBaby and his girlfriend DaniLeigh were seen enjoying the sights in Florida during their birthday seasons last month, and it looks as if it wasn't all leisure fun and games. The two artists, along with DaBaby's crew, were filming scenes for the "Masterpiece" visual and it looks like they turned up in style. The track itself gives a nod to DaBaby's leading lady, but he made sure he didn't include DaniLeigh's name in the lyrics. However, it's obvious that she's soaking up all the love because she is right there by his side throughout the entirety of the clip, often seen on his arm or dancing in the car next to him. Watch these two lovebirds flaunt their romance and let us know what you think of DaBaby's party-filled visual for his latest single "Masterpiece." View the full article
  24. An impressive King Von chain has caused a bit of controversy and now, the jeweler behind the design has come forward. Mazza New York recently shared an elaborate piece that detailed the likeness of late rapper King Von, and soon, the news was shared that Lil Durk had purchased the jewelry in honor of his late friend. However, Durk refuted those rumors when he tweeted, "That’s not my weak ass chain." Mazza New York stood accused of insinuating that Durkio commissioned the piece when he truly hadn't, so the company came forward with a statement about the controversy to clear things up. "I took the Von design down out of respect for the situation," Mazza wrote on their Instagram page. "I posted the design I completed a while back to actually show love to Durk. I never said it was his and media sources picked it up and said what they wanted to say. Legitimate sources actually contacted me and I told them the scenario." It seems that there was no intention to offend anyone and with the design, Mazza hoped to do business with the Only The Family mogul in the future. "I have nothing but love for @lildurk and his craft," Mazza continued. "In my opinion the piece was [fire emoji] and would have been a great start to a long lasting relationship." Take a look at the statement and Mazza's design of King Von below. View the full article
  25. There were murmurs that Lil Wayne was up to something and planned on releasing new music today (January 15), and we finally know what it is. The sports fan has reportedly released a new version of his 2011 hype song, "Green and Yellow," in honor of the Green Bay Packers' playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams.
