  1. We live in a society where people are able to purchase and sculpt the bodies they desire, but Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson isn't looking for the finest woman in the room. There have been rumors about who the former NFL star has dated and the world watched as he and ex-fiancé Evelyn Lozada were preparing to walk down the aisle. Recently, it was revealed that Ochocinco was trying his luck at love once again with new rumored fiancé Sharelle Rosado, and some assumed that her beauty was what hooked the sports icon. Gerardo Mora / Stringer / Getty ImagesHowever, Johnson recently visited Bussin' With The Boys where he let it be known that when it comes to choosing relationships, appearance isn't a primary factor in what attracts him to someone. "I think about what I did. Everyone I had a child with is based on their DNA and athletic background. It had nothing to do with how fine you were or how you looked," he said. It's reported that Johnson has at least seven children. "I don't care anything about 'bad b*tches' and all that sh*t. If I wanted models...I don't want f*ckin' models. I want f*ckin' athletes... What'd you do in high school? Show me some f*ckin' tape," he joked. Watch Johnson's episode of Bussin' With The Boys below and let us know if you think he's on the right track. http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/realhotnewhiphop/~4/usjKKxePNuQView the full article
  2. They've taken to the press since their on-again-off-again relationship ended, and it sounds as if Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr's split was messier than the public witnessed. The couple had been laying on their affections quite heavily on social media, even sharing photos of their engagement parties, workout sessions, vacations, and intimate family moments with their children. The former basketball star continues to overcome his addictions through therapy and recovery, and Sabrina seemed to be by his side, even filming a reality show with Odom about their lives. Prince Williams / Contributor / Getty ImagesThe bliss has turned sour as they've slung accusations against once another, and in his recent appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, Odom upped the ante. During the conversation, Wendy wanted to know if Odom ever cheated on his ex-fiancée. "I did, but to be honest with you, Wendy, there was some things that kinda always made me look at her out the corner of my eye," he said. "Yeah, like when she told me that she had slept with my ex-wife's significant other. C'mon Wendy, you can put that together. I don't say names if I don't have to but..." To put that in context, Lamar Odom has only been married once to Khloe Kardashian from 2009 until they separated in 2013. Their divorce was finalized in 2016. Based on those observations, Odom seems to be suggesting that Sabrina Parr had something going on with Tristan Thompson. 3. Fans are ready for the next rounds of Rap-centered Verzuz battles, and there have been a few discussions about what the powers that be have planned. More artists are speaking about the potentiality of making appearances, and Fat Joe has given his takes on who he would like to see face off. When mulling over the idea of going up against one of his fellow emcees, the New York rapper tends to shy away from calling anyone out, but he did tell the hosts of The Morning Hustle that he believes that Rap fans will break records to tune into a Fat Joe and 50 Cent battle. Todd Williamson / Stringer / Getty Images“I think the guys in the trap, I think the girls, I think everybody [would] be like, ‘Oh wow, we got a Verzuz 50 Cent [with] Fat Joe? Oh, I’m tuning into that joint.’... That'll be the ideal one," he said, before touching on his name being suggested for an LL Cool match-up. Fat Joe sang the rap legend's praises but doesn't believe that they should appear on Verzuz together. “LL Cool J, let me tell you, he's my idol. I wouldn't even feel right, you know what I'm saying?" said Joe. "I rap 'cause of him." L'oreal wanted to know who Fat Joe believes would be a fair match for Cool James. "LL wants Jay-Z or Drake,” he said. “That’s who LL Cool J allegedly wants. Jay-Z or Drake.” He didn't give up much more information about that, but he was steadfast regarding the possible 50 Cent appearance. "What would be the Verzuz battle that I think everybody would tune into if Fat Joe do it? It would be Fat Joe and 50 Cent.” Do you believe LL should go up against Drizzy or Hov? And does a battle with Fif fit for Fat Joe? Watch his interview below. http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/realhotnewhiphop/~4/iirQHZoxQA0View the full article
  4. He rid himself of a $60 million lawsuit last year, but Kevin Hart is kicking off 2021 with more legal, and personal, troubles. The comedic actor's career has blossomed into super-stardom over the last decade or so, and since he has become an entertainment mogul, it's necessary for Hart to hire a few more hands onto his team to take care of everyday essentials. However, it's reported that the actor's personal shopper, Dylan Syer, may have been dipping into his employer's funds because he faces charges of grand larceny as well as nine other counts. Tasos Katopodis / Stringer / Getty ImagesAccording to TMZ, Syer appeared in court on Wednesday (February 10) and stands accused of using Hart's credit card to "launder cash into his own account." The outlet contends that Syer was hired by Hart back in 2015 and as apart of his employment, the actor gave him the authorization to make purchases with his personal credit card. However, it's alleged that Syer made away with hundreds of thousands of dollars of Hart's money by moving the funds into his own account before spending it "lavishly" on jewelry, art, and luxury items. Syer reportedly purchased $400K worth of watches, approximately 16 Bearbrick collectible dolls, two Louis Vuitton bags, nd more. In total, the District Attorney's office claims that Hart was swindled out of just over $1 million during a two-year period. Check out a few photos in the Twitter post below. 5. We were in the thick of the holiday season when suddenly, LaKeith Stanfield became a trending topic on Twitter. The Judas & the Black Messiah actor had been in a Clubhouse room that was set up for men to give their best sexually-driven moans in hopes of winning the cash prize of $300. Listeners were surprised to hear the applauded actor on the other end, but someone screen-recorded the moment and shared it with the world. LaKeith ended up taking home the win and now he's explaining the ordeal to Van Lathan and Rachel Lindsay on their podcast, Higher Learning. Charley Gallay / Stringer / Getty Images"I signed up for the app, and it's a really interesting, fun, cool app," he said. "[It] addicts you right away because you're able to communicate in a new way. So, there were top rooms at the top of the queue, and as you go down, the rooms get lower. The first room, one of the first rooms I saw was the moan room. So, I go into the moan room and I realize this is a bunch of guys who are moaning in a room." Van and Rachel began to laugh. "That was exactly my reaction!" "The funniest thing I've ever seen. It's great. I've got to get in on this," the actor continued. "So, what I do is, I go on Google and I type in 'male moan,' and on YouTube, a video pops up that has a guy moaning." Stanfield said he listened to a few options but they didn't "sound right." In the end, he decided to take one of the sounds and pass it off as himself. Amy Sussman / Staff / Getty Images"I go into the room and I try to sound as soft as I can, like the moan guy in the video sounds," said LaKeith. "So, that way, when I play the moan it sounds seamless. I went in there, I'm playing a character. I'm essentially doing what I do, which is perform. I go in there and I'm like, 'You guys ready.' For a $300 cash prize by the way, which I actually won, but I go in there and set the tone and play the moan." He thought it was funny and left the room but before he knew it, the screen-recording of the moment was trending on social media. "I was like wow, this is crazy," he added as the hosts laughed. "It was a fun time." Check out the clip from his interview below. http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/realhotnewhiphop/~4/HRu3mcABGygView the full article
  6. Just 24 hours after we reported on the news that Shia LaBeouf has entered an inpatient program, more information has surfaced regarding the lawsuit against him. We've extensively reported on the case involving the award-winning actor and his former girlfriend, acclaimed singer FKA Twigs. She has publicly accused LaBeouf of a number of offenses including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Initially, LaBeouf came forward with a statement where he admitted he'd face struggles, but a report today (February 10) claims the actor's legal team has responded to Twigs's lawsuit where they deny "each and every" accusation. Joe Maher / Stringer / Getty ImagesThe documents were reportedly obtained by E! News and inside, LaBeouf's attorneys state FKA Twigs "has not suffered any injury or damage as a result of [his] actions." The outlet additionally claims that the actor doesn't believe that Twigs should receive any damages. Twigs previously told The New York Times, "He brought me so low, below myself, that the idea of leaving him and having to work myself back up just seemed impossible." She also claimed he wouldn't allow her to look men in the eyes and gave her a sexually transmitted disease. In his response, LaBeouf's team writes, "None of the acts alleged were based on sex and/or the conduct was not sexual" and reportedly gave 16 defenses for his actions, including self-defense. 7. Young Drummer Boy has been bubbling up throughout the west coast. Singles like "Do That" and "Bitch Please" with $tupid Young has continued to build his profile across the country. Today, he returned with yet another banger as we inch closer to the release of his new album. This week, he linked up with Drakeo The Ruler for their new collab, "Quit Playin." It's an eerie West Coast banger that finds the two rappers reflecting on the high-risk situations that earn them the big payouts. While Drakeo The Ruler's been making up for lost time, he faced a major leak this morning when his anticipated collaboration with Drake surfaced. Apparently, it was set to drop in a few weeks. Hopefully, it still does. Peep the new collaboration below. 8. Only someone like Sada Baby can take one of the biggest disco records of all time and turn it into a banger for the streets. The Detroit rapper and OG Louie The XIII recently linked up for a brand new single titled, "No Help" where they put a modern spin on Anita Ward's "Ring My Bell." The use of a vocoder mimics the effects of a voice box that helps boost the feeling of funk in the record. The two rappers take the Ward record and flip it into their own as they reflect on the streets. "This is just the beginning to a series of unique singles I have dropping throughout the year with Sada Baby," said OG Louie The Xiii of the song in a statement. Peep the record below. 9. There was a time when they were showing just how much their romance was heating up when suddenly, rumors about Jacquees and Dreezy deciding to go their separate ways abounded. The R&B and Rap duo were quick to post one another on social media and they even collaborated together, but in recent months, the Jacquees and Dreezy buzz has subsided. The former couple had a messy scene that unfolded on Twitter when their relationship came to an end, and there hasn't been much else said about their previous romance since. Prince Williams / Contributor / Getty ImagesThen, on Wednesday (February 10), Jacquees and Dreezy popped up on social media in a video that was making the rounds on various platforms. It showed Dreezy dancing on the singer as he stood and enjoyed the view—and Dreezy looked as if she was having a good time, as well. It didn't take long for reconciliation rumors to surface, but after The Shade Room posted the clip, Dreezy slid in their comments to set the record straight. "Aww this was cute while it lasted, back to the block list," she said. Jacquees has decided to keep quiet about this one, but a few of their fans couldn't help but note that the industry couple looked happy together. 10. The madness surrounding Robinhood and their controversial move to halt trades within its app connected to stocks including GameStop and AMC has dissipated, but a new scandal has arisen. A news report surfaced this week involving 20-year-old Alexander Kearns, a college student who was utilizing Robinhood to, like many others, do some commission-free trading in the palm of his hand. However, Kearns would tragically take his own life after his family claims he looked at the app and believed he had a negative balance of $730,000. According to a lawsuit filed by Kearns's family against Robinhood, the app reportedly made it seem as if Kearns was responsible for a debt that didn't exist. "Robinhood built out its trading platform to look much like a videogame to attract young users and minimize the appearance of real-world risk," reads the lawsuit, according to CNN. "[Kearns] was in a complete panic. His panic and desperation grew as he was unable to communicate over a number of hours with anyone at Robinhood." Alexander Kearns reportedly left a suicide note before taking his life, and according to the lawsuit, his final words were, "How was a 20-year-old with no income able to get assigned almost $1 million worth of leverage[?]" The court documents added, "Tragically, Robinhood's communications were completely misleading because, in reality, Alex did not owe any money." Kearns's parents are suing Robinhood for unfair business practices, negligent infliction of emotional stress, and wrongful death. "We were devastated by Alex Kearns' death," Robinhood said in a statement. "We remain committed to making Robinhood a place to learn and invest responsibly." 11. New York City will be hearing some of their own local legends ring through the subways to remind people to wear their masks. An initiative that New York Nico started to remind New Yorkers to practice social distancing measures will be kicking off on Feb. 12th. We already know that Jada's raspy voice will be among those who've contributed their vocal talents to the project but it turns out that we'll also be hearing the legendary Cam'ron, as well. Cam took to Instagram where he shared a snippet of his contributions for the MTA's COVID-19 PSAs. "Ayo, check it out. It's Harlem's own Killa Cam. Look, I don't care if you from uptown, downtown, Harlem, Switzerland, where ever. I don't care if you're a chicken or a duck. And you know what? COVID don't care either. Are you wearing a mask? Yeah, well, is it covering your mouth and nose? Then good. You're doing great," says Cam in the voiceover. "Remember, not only wearing a mask is the law but it's the right thing to do." Mario Tama/Getty ImagesCam, who you can imagine has not taken a train in a very long time, said that he's tempted to take the subway just to hear his voice. "Ima catch a ride (nh) on da 4 line real quick. I’ve never used a metro card, I haven’t been on the train since people used tokens. I might hop the turnstile for old time sake," captioned Cam along with a few laughing emojis. "Nahhh j/k lol I’m paying," he added before closing it out with a nod to a classic cut off of Come Home With Me. http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/realhotnewhiphop/~4/fi2AEp6gcscView the full article
  12. Robin Thicke is preparing to drop off a brand new project this week titled, On Earth, and in Heaven. The singer's upcoming project is set to drop this Friday and will include an appearance from his long-time collaborator, Pharrell Williams, who features on "Take Me Higher." The project is 11 songs in length and according to Thicke, he got the assistance of Jay-Z to finalize the tracklist. During a recent interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, Thicke explained how he got Jay on board to make sure the final product was on point. Rich Fury/Getty Images"Because I didn't have Andre [Harrell] to help me with the final tracklisting, I reached out to Jay," said Thicke. "And I said, ‘Hey, I don’t have Andre. Would you mind stepping in this time to help me with the tracklisting?’ And Jay gave me the greatest A&R advice. Went through each track, sent me a little note about each track." Thicke included a few tracks that he figured he wouldn't even include on the project anyways. It was Jay-Z who assured Thicke to follow his gut feeling. "That kinda sealed it for me. 'Cause I needed one other opinion that I respected that much to give me that last sign that I wasn't crazy," said Thicke. Jay-Z will also be dropping some new music this Friday. Last night, it was revealed that Jay-Z and Nipsey Hussle will have a collaboration on the soundtrack for Judas & The Black Messiah. http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/realhotnewhiphop/~4/0ZxkwKABkmYView the full article

  14. A little over a month ago, Tessica Brown, now know to the world as the "Gorilla Glue Lady," made the horrific mistake of using Gorilla Glue spray to lay down her hair. In the weeks following, Brown would reportedly end up washing her hair over 15 times in attempts to make her hair return back to normal, but it soon became clear that her situation was more serious than she thought. Thus she turned to social media for help. Although the internet didn't hesitate to get its jokes off, public figures like Chance the Rapper expressed their concerns for Brown, as the woman has started seeking professional medical help to remove the Gorilla Glue from her hair and scalp. Unfortunately, social media users have recently been throwing negativity towards Brown, claiming that her situation was all a result of clout-chasing. In an interview with Melicia Johnson for Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday, however, Brown spoke on her ordeal and set the record straight. "The reason I went to the internet—because I was never going to take this to social media—[but] the reason I took it to social media was because I didn’t know what else to do," she explained. "I knew somebody out there, somebody, could have told me something. I didn’t think for one second it was going to be everywhere." When asked by about whether she regretted sharing the videos that initiated her viral fame, Brown replied, "Definitely. I told my son today, I wish I could just, I mean, go back. Because I’m over it." As Brown allegedly undergoes a free procedure courtesy of Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng, there are two clear takeaways from this entire debacle: never apply Gorilla Glue to your body, and never underestimate the nastiness of the internet. 15. Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook have all been holding their ground as the most popular social media platforms of the past decade, but every now and then an exciting new social app tends to rise up out of the blue. Platforms like Snapchat and TikTok have proven that there is still new ground to be covered in the social media sector, and no other app is currently proving that more than Clubhouse. The invite-only platform is an audio-centric social network, in which users can host and moderate topics on any given topic. Hip-Hop artists like Meek Mill, Joe Budden, and DJ Akademiks have already flocked to Clubhouse and even stirred up a bit of trouble in the process. By essentially putting celebrities and fans in a virtual room together, the app has a direct-to-consumer nature that other social media platforms lack, and as result fans have been able to easily question artists, as seen recently with Tory Lanez, about their thoughts and decisions. Now, it appears that two of the most controversial and intriguing figures within pop culture are making their way to Clubhouse. In a short series of tweets, Elon Musk reveals that he and Kanye West have agreed to speak together on the burgeoning platform. The multi-billionaire couldn't even hold in his excitement, writing, "The most entertaining outcome is the most likely." No date or time has been revealed yet pertaining to West and Musk's Clubhouse rendezvous, but whenever it happens, their Clubhouse room may just break the internet. http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/realhotnewhiphop/~4/dbF2dkMYw7EView the full article
  16. After coming out as bisexual, Rachel Dolezal is back to reveal more about her life since being outed as a white woman posing to be black, in 2015. The former president of the NAACP chapter in Spokane, Washington joined the Tamron Hall Show to discuss her name becoming a “problematic identity” and the struggles of unemployment following the controversy. Dolezal begins the interview by describing what's it like to essentially see her name in headlines whenever a person seems to be appropriating black culture. “What I really wish is that people could see me more for who I am than the what,” Dolezal told Tamron in the interview, which you can watch below. Dolezal goes on to claim her story is not one of “pretending, faking, or changing,” but instead she describes it as “finding a home culturally.” “I’ve always identified racially as human, but have found more of a home in black culture, in the black community,” Dolezal added. “After not having a job for six years, I’ve had to create my own job and find ways to provide for my children,” Dolezal revealed to Tamron. Since losing her job as a professor of Africana Studies at Eastern Washington, Dolezal has not been able to find employment. “I started with applying for all the things I was qualified for and after interviews and getting turned down I even applied to jobs that didn’t even require degrees. Being a maid at a hotel, working at a casino. I wasn’t able to get any of those jobs either.” Instead, she’s said that she tries to maintain a living by braiding hair, writing grants for marginalized communities, painting, and pep talks. “When there’s so much negativity on just a Google Search or Wikipedia is even inaccurate about your life story, and you have to direct people to the only place my true story lives is in my book In Full Color. People aren’t going to go seek out my book if they’re just looking for an employee,” Rachel said. Rachel has revamped her resume and is looking to apply to teaching jobs next fall. 17. Trippie Redd has faced adversity throughout his career, namely by way of seemingly infinite leaks, but that hasn't broken the young artist's spirit. In fact, he remains as defiant as ever, recently sliding through with a new single called "Buzz." Arriving equipped with some Swamp Thing-inspired visuals, Trippie bursts onto the scene donning the finest moss and lets fly some furious raps. "Two hunnid fifty my whip, and it got no chip, Man, it move like a Hot Wheel," he spits. "Catch one of you bitch n**gas on the Internet woofin' / I'ma hit you with the windmill." Though his versatility means that Trippie will sometimes spend time in a more melodic bag, it's always refreshing to hear him slide through and rap with a vengeance. Say what you feel about the eclectic artist, but he's certainly talented enough to shine regardless of his stylistic approach. At this point, it's likely down to personal preference as to whether you're still buying what Redd is selling. Not that he appears very concerned about anyone's opinion -- nor should he be. 18. If Hip-Hop fans have learned anything about Machine Gun Kelly over the past few years, they have discovered that the Cleveland artist is one of the most unpredictable rappers out right now. In one moment, he may be beefing with Eminem, and in the next, he's dropping an acclaimed rock album. Even throughout the past two weeks, MGK has been in the news regarding his high-profile relationship with Megan Fox as well as his emotional Saturday Night Live performance, but now, the Tickets To My Downfall artist is switching things up once again and releasing a new collection of erotic and intimate merchandise. Collaborating with Manhead Merch once again, Machine Gun Kelly's latest round of merch features a "My Bloody Valentine" voodoo doll, a new and improved "Lil Devil 2.0" vibrator, and some Valentine's-themed apparel. While the voodoo doll and branded sex toy may seem like the most outlandish selections from the MGK and Manhead Merch collaboration, two of its pieces are getting a lot of attention due to their steamy nature. An intimate photo of Megan Fox and MGK is plastered front and center on both a red t-shirt and a pale pink hoodie, and in the photo, the two entertainers are seen tongue-kissing above a caption that reads: "she loves a boy so much she wants him to steal her breath." Those two selections round out the eccentric collection of merchandise, which is currently on sale for a limited time. 20. Marilyn Manson has denied the abuse allegations that his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood made against him last week, but the allegations continue mounting as more and more women come forward with their stories of abuse. Now, Game Of Thrones star Esmé Bianco is claiming that her relationship with the rock star left her with physical and emotional scars, speaking out for the first time. Jesse Grant/Getty ImagesBianco was a fan of Marilyn Manson when she was a teenager and eventually entered a relationship with the singer, and she's claiming that her time with the accused predator, real name Brian Warner, left her with scars and PTSD. After being cast in his music video for "I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies", Bianco says that the shoot quickly turned into physical abuse. She says that she was tied to a prayer kneeler, whipped, and agitated with a Violet Wand sex toy on her wounds. The video was never released and Bianco says she was left with scars. She kept in contact with Manson, later moving in with him after leaving her husband. Manson was to help Bianco get a work visa to stay in the United States. "I basically felt like a prisoner," she said. She left his house after two months, saying that Manson threatened her with an ax. He also allegedly cut her with a knife. Frederick M. Brown/Getty ImagesBianco's allegations come days following those of Jenna Jameson and Phoebe Bridgers. It was also reported that Manson body-shamed Lana Del Rey during an interview, referring to her as "Lasagna Del Rey" and making inappropriate comments about her. 21. When it was announced that Trophy Room would be working with Jordan Brand on an Air Jordan 1 collaboration, sneakerheads everywhere rejoiced and expressed their interest in seeing which direction Marcus, Jordan, Michael Jordan's second-oldest son, would go in. Having already collaborated with Jordan Brand on a Trophy Room x Air Jordan 4 and a Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5, expectations for the Air Jordan 1 collaboration were already high. As far as design goes, however, Marcus Jordan and Trophy Room didn't disappoint. Opting for a familiar aesthetic, the "Freeze Out" Air Jordan 1 High dons a red, white, and black base similar to that of the beloved "Chicago" Air Jordan 1, but its unique design inflections make it much more special than a simple rehashing of a classic colorway. Paying homage to when Michael Jordan's teammates allegedly tried to freeze him out during debut All-Star Game in 1985, the sneaker adds elements such as blue laces, a frosty overlay on the upper, and a translucent outsole. The problem with the "Freeze Out" Air Jordan 1 was its release. Earlier today, 12,000 pairs of the sneaker were set to be raffled off from Trophy Room's website, but the release quickly unfolded into pure chaos. Frantic sneakerheads crashed Trophy Room's website, causing the raffle to move to an email-based format that encountered issues as well due to an inbox overload. The shoes also dropped in extremely limited quantity on the infamous Nike SNKRS app, which ultimately just frustrated hopeful buyers even more. Long story short, Marcus Jordan and Trophy Room's release of the "Freeze Out" Air Jordan 1 was a mess, and Twitter users had plenty to say about it. 22. Though Everything's For Sale offered up a healthy dose of grown-man introspection, Westside Boogie appears to be back on his BS -- and loving it, for that matter. Following back to back freestyle drops, the most recent being a clinical performance over Moneybagg Yo's "Said Sum" instrumental, Boogie has come through to deliver another new preview of what he's been cooking up. This time, he's dropping off "Do 4 Love," another west-coast inspired banger befitting of his Compton roots, fueled by a bouncy bassline and shuffling drumline. One thing that really stands out here is his flow, and Boogie lets fly an uninterrupted verse revisiting themes explored on his previous album. Yet where Everything was generally contemplative in nature, Boogie's new drop comes heavy on the charisma. "You still love giving me your demonstration," he spits. "She said that she don't fuck with Boogie -- she discriminating / somebody instigating." At this point, WS Boogie's sophomoric Shady Records release is shaping up to be one of the year's best-kept secrets. Keep an eye out for more details, and at this rate, more freestyles. 23. The album rollout for Slime Language 2 has been pretty confusing at times, but it looks like we're nearing the final stretch. The Young Stoner Life Records compilation album, featuring rising stars like Yung Kayo, Yak Gotti, and others, as well as established stars Young Thug, Gunna, Lil Keed, and more, was initially expected to release last year in the summer. However, it was seemingly pushed back and announced for a Black Friday release. When it didn't drop then, we knew it would likely be a while before Thugger got back to teasing the project. Finally, it looks as though the album is on the horizon. Young Thug released the first single "Take It To Trial" a few weeks ago before the crew bounced back with "GFU" from Yak Gotti, Sheck Wes, and Yung Kayo. As we wait for an announcement on the album, Thug has just come through with the cover artwork for the next single, which is expected to release on February 12. Announcing the next song for this Friday, Young Thug and YSL Records are being met with consistently frustrated comments from fans, asking them to just drop the project and quit sharing singles. Of course, the Atlanta label will be sticking to its plans though, hyping up the next release. 24. Austin Chenge, a Republican nominee for governor in Michigan, is promising to cancel Black History Month if he gets elected. The Black army veteran made the shocking statement on social media. "I will cancel #BlackHistoryMonth in #Michigan," he wrote to his four thousand followers. "It's offensive, unfair, maybe illegal... Americans from all backgrounds deserve a revered history. I'll declare American History Month." As you would likely expect, the post is causing a lot of backlash. Chenge's views have been described as "deeply conservative". In his replies, people are arguing against the cancelation of Black History Month, questioning Chenge on why he wants to run on this policy. Some are bringing up his Nigerian roots, wondering why Chenge would wish to cancel BHM. To make such a bold statement in the middle of Black History Month is pretty volatile. According to Complex, Chenge has also vowed to cancel Michigan's contract with Dominion Voting Systems, the manufacturer at the center of Trump's election fraud claims. With that said, Chenge was a vocal supporter of Trump, defending the riots at the Capitol and claiming that the people who staged the siege were "motivated by passion". Many are arguing that, instead of canceling Black History Month, it should be celebrated even more. What do you think? 25. Willie Nelson has stories for days but many have grown fond of the tale Snoop Dogg was recounted where the country legend out smoked him. Snoop admitted that Willie Nelson remains the only person to accomplish this feat. The rapper explained to Jimmy Fallon that they had a secret link up in Amsterdam during a 4/20 weekend. "Once we met up, I was in a hotel room. We was playing dominos and enjoying life," said Snoop Dogg, alluding to their favorite recreational past time. Frazer Harrison/Getty Images"We developed a hunger," he continued. "Naturally, we wanted to go to Kentucky Fried Chicken which is one of our favorite spots, his and mine. So we pull up in the drive-thru, we order the chicken... When they give it to us, they hand us the big bucket. We take the top off and we both put our hands in at the same time and we grabbed the same piece of chicken at the same damn time." In a recent interview with the Daily Beast, the country legend corroborated Snoop's tale. "That was over in Amsterdam! I called Snoop and I said, “Hey buddy, you gotta come over here. This is where it’s at!” So he came over and we hit every bar, every smoke place in Amsterdam. We had a helluva time," he said before confirming the story about KFC.
