  3. Just another, "Hey, look at me!" ploy. All these "artists" know, even their own "fans" are getting board with them. So now they have to say "Hey, look! I'm doing something new! I'm changing to something else!". If they really had lasting talent, they would just.................shut up and play. The music would speak for itself.
  4. I drink the tap water. In my area, the water treatment is excellent (2 methods are used), and the water tastes pretty damn good (better than any bottled water i've ever tasted, though this could just be familiarity). Though, like Koop, if i'm somewhere, maybe i'll buy a bottle, and after it's empty, viola! It's a new container for tap water.
  5. You kidding? Stevie boy will have some form of DRM built into his systems in no time. He's in league with the music industry after-all. Buy from overseas sellers, who will sell DRM-less computer parts.
  6. Bugs fixed in webseed and in tracker NOTE: Corrupted downloads may be caused by bad RAM in your computer! try running the tool from memtest86.com to check (and yes, the client includes enhancements from official v.3.3) Source, and download
  7. March 2, 2004 Thomas Mennecke Morpheus has become a bizzare situation in the P2P world. It has managed to build back a sizable portion of its population after its departure from FastTrack, however many still remain skeptical of this renewed client..... Read the whole article, at slyck.com
  8. Are these people human? All they do is stumble over humanity in the name of their "children". Educate your children, and let them choose their path. It's their life, and they'll have to keep living it, long after you're gone. Futher restriction of the Internet, is a step backwards in thinking.
  9. I could...........................but I wont.
  10. This new build incorporates the new "rate limiting" load balancing mechanism discussed here. Rate limiting has proven surprisingly effective in the unstable branch, typically keeping a node's load within a few percentage points of where it is supposed to be. This is in stark contrast to previous load balancing attempts where load was continuously so high as to render Freenet nodes almost completely useless. This build also fixes a number of bugs that were causing excessive memory usage. We anticipate more such fixes in the future, but users should notice significant improvement already. Existing users can upgrade to this snapshot. Linux users should run the "update.sh" script in their freenet directory, Windows users should use the upgrade option in the Freenet section of their Start Menu. Source, and further information.

    I'm single.

Just be glad you hit rock bottom. I'd imagine molten lava is much more painful.
  12. Metallica, bootleg, and download, positively related and willingly tied together in a sentence? Is reality unraveling as I type these words?!?!?! **puts on tinfoil hat**
  13. I completely support their rights to walk through the streets with their breats exposed. Rest assured, you also have the support of 99% of the remaining male populous. :horny:
  14. But the one's you mentioned, had nothing to do with being president, in my eyes (such as the rediculous "bash bush military record", of which, I don't care). Yes, i'm tough to please. I have to be, or else the balance will be thrown off. Be tough to please people, demand more. If in my eyes, the candidates are not fit to be president, it is my job not to vote for them (hence my potential boycott). Best suited is "close enough", or "almost". That's not good enough.
  15. Unless I see a new candidate emerge, i'm boycotting the presidential election. I'll just vote local, and let the one-track-mind people elect me another idiot into office. Kerry, Bush, Edwards, Micheal Jackson, what's the difference? They're all "bought" by someone, something. They all have faults, which will prevent them from doing something influential, and meaningful for the U.S., and perhaps humanity. Here, try some incorrect, or generalizations on for size: You elect a democrat, you get less security, a pull-out of military, and a raise in taxes. You elect a Rep., you get the Patriot Act, shoved up your ass, and more troops coming home in body bags. You elect MJ, and you better keep an eye on your children. :horny:
  16. It was a very powerful movie..............only, it was kind of inaccurate, from a historical point of view. The most obvious flaws is Pontious Pilate, the Roman general. They portrayed him as being somewhat gentle, and actually trying to make it so Jesus doensn't have to be killed. He was out of character, when it comes to historical accounts. Apparently, he was very ruthless, and cold-blooded. And he didn't like Jesus. I don't practice a religion (or believe in a god), but I still enjoyed the movie. I urge you to see it, if you haven't already.
  17. I already farted on it, i'm not going to read it again. I'm out of air freshener.
  18. Oh, you must be joking. This article had so many contradictions, it wasn't even funny. It was a "lame" attempt at appeal to: 1.) Conservative minded 2.) Anti-music industry, "freedom fighters of music" (perhaps P2P downloaders). 3.) Business people, who target demographics (which, in my opinion, is a kind of contradiction in the music industry, and their message. If music can transcend all nationalities, what's to stop it from doing the same with age groups?) (also, see first quote).I fart on this article's grave.... Amen.
  19. A Perfect Circle - "The Noose".............. eh......, just got done playing! Now, more from the same......... "The Package"

    BeatKing on IRC?

    Or how about carrier pidgeons!
  21. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ - Exploited, or faked.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
  22. It's probably not worth it, as the beatking members who do engage in IRC chat (that i've seen), on the p2pchat network, are usually spread across #zeropaid, and many many others. But still, what do you think? Should BeatKing have it's own IRC channel?
  23. Hmm, let's see. We have a guy, who's no spring chicken, has no good kidneys, needs dialysis (I spelled it wrong), and he's being hunted by the U.S. military, and others. There is millions of dollars placed on his head, so he WAS on the run. My opinion? He's dead folks. His followers burned the body, and they'll never tell. Audio tapes? BWHAHAHAHAHAHA, fake.
  24. Wow. Justice has been served.............and it may be a little too hot to eat right now.
