  1. Nicole Muphy has been keeping busy with her workouts and family hangs after the drama surrounding her kiss with Antoine Fuqua finally calmed down. The 51-year-old has now shared a tragic update with her fans since sharing on Instagram that her mother has sadly passed away. Maury Phillips/Getty Images We can't confirm how Nicole's mother passed or her age, but Nicole has found peace in knowing that her mother is no with her father who passed away before. "Today i lost the most beautiful person in the world to me my mom. I love you so much. Thank you for all the beautiful times we had together. Now you can Rest In Peace with Dad," she captioned an image of her parents. In another post, Nicole shared a gallery of images of her and mother with a caption that reads, "Words can’t express how much I miss my best friend. I love you mommy..." Back when Nicole was seen kissing a very married Antoine, she released the following statement: "Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired,” her statement continued. “It was not my intention to be in this situation. I do not condone women kissing or interacting in anyway [sic] inappropriately with a married man.” View the full article
  2. Months after the announcement was made that The Little Mermaid would be taking to small screens in a live televised program, the Disney special aired on ABC on Tuesday evening. The star-studded cast included Queen Latifah as Ursula, Shaggy as Sebastian, and Moana princess Auli'i Cravalho as the red-headed mermaid Ariel. Overall, viewers seemed to love Queen Latifah's portrayal of the sea witch, but everything, and everyone, else involved garnered mixed reactions. The live concert puppet version of Flounder didn't rub fans the right way and many people believed that the best part of the production was the "U.N.I.T.Y." rapper. Fans were also taken aback because they were under the impression that the show was going to be a stage version of the animated movie. However, it was a concert clipped with scenes from the film, so the bulk to the program was dedicated to musical performances. The reactions were certainly plentiful and people are petitioning for Queen Latifah to be cast in the forthcoming live-action film starring Chloe Bailey. However, in that movie, Melissa McCarthy will portray everyone's favorite purple witch. Watch a few clips of the show and read some reactions below. View the full article
  3. Tragedy struck Angela Simmons after her ex-fiancé and father of her child, Sutton Tennyson, was murdered at his home in Atlanta last year. The 38-year-old was gunned down in his driveway and lost his life after being shot 13 times. Police believe a man named Michael Williams is responsible because according to authorities, witnesses have reportedly shared that Sutton and Williams were arguing about money. On the one-year anniversary of his death, Angela wrote a lengthy tribute to Sutton on social media. "I know you are with us everyday . I can never repay you or thank you enough for the light you have brought to my life. He’s so precious. And we miss you," Angela penned. Although three-year-old Sutton Jr.'s father was taken from him, the Simmons family has made sure that the young boy isn't without father figures in his life. Atlanta Black Star recently caught up with Angela's brother JoJo Simmons and spoke with him about how his sister is handling the anniversary of Sutton's passing. "I know it was very hard for her, still hard for her," JoJo said. "She’s getting by, you know, time has passed. With time, healing comes. But for me, it’s not hard to be an uncle. It’s not hard to transition. There was really no transition, that’s my boy, even when [Sutton] was here. I love SJ and whatever Angela needs me to do for SJ, she know Imma to do it.” Williams is still in jail awaiting trial. Watch JoJo's brief clip from ABS below. View the full article
  4. A now-deleted tweet that Nicki Minaj sent out on Tuesday has landed the rapper in hot water with fans. The program called E! Nightly Pop reported on Nicki's ongoing feud with Wendy Williams and shared an audio clip of Nicki talking about Wendy's estranged husband, Kevin Hunter. The rapper was pleased with how E! reported on the story, so she took to Twitter to share her thoughts. Kevin Winter/Getty Images "What the white ppl post. >>>>>> The blacks only post the few seconds where I raise my voice to push their narrative. #QueenRadio is back in a few days. Stay tuned," Nicki wrote. Immediately, responses began to pour in from people who believed Nicki was speaking disparagingly about black people and praising white people. Others, however, noted that Nicki was only speaking about the media, while some agreed with her sentiments outright. "Nicki Minaj been hating and bashing black people all year. But y’all gonna slide past right over this and go back hating on cardi next week because some white kids on stan twitter told y’all to ," one person wrote. Another person countered with, "No the the black blogs are relentless, she's speaking FACTS, most white blogs treat everyone equally but the blacks go out of their way to destroy her.... All races are not out to destroy her only the 'URBAN AMERICAN BLACK PEOPLE' other than that she's loved throughout the world." Check out the clip Nicki is referring to, along with a mixed bag of reactions, below. View the full article
  5. Bay Area artist Rexx Life Rajj has made good on his promise and delivered his latest record, Father Figure 3: Somewhere Out There at the top of Wednesday morning. The multifaceted artist's album is where hip hop-meets-soul-meets-R&B, and he called on a handful of talents to lend their gifts to the project. Each of Raj's collaborations with Russ, Bas, Jay Prince, Kenny Beats, and Kehlani are their own journeys with an energy unlike the others. On Monday, Raj embarks on his very first headlining tour, a feat that he admitted has him feeling a little nervous. He told us he's doing his best not to pay attention to ticket sales, but no matter what they may be, he's still going to give his fans everything he has. "I'm just super excited and I'm just super blessed and fortune," he told us exclusively. "If I pulled up to New York and only five people came out I'd still be happy because I know there's a lot of people who can't do that, who don't have the opportunity. So I just try not to take it for granted." Give Father Figure 3: Somewhere Out There a spin or two and let us know what you think. Tracklist 1. The Fog 2. Mad Real 3. Moonwalk ft. Kenny Beats 4. 6. Lil Keed is one of the hottest rappers to be coming out of Atlanta right now and, for the most part, he appears to be quite mild-mannered. He and his brother Lil Gotit are making great strides under Young Thug's tutelage, opening eyes around the country and continuing to grow as individual artists. Sometimes, even the calmest beasts get awakened within us and that happened when Keed took a trip to the nightclub recently. When a fan tried to record him, tapping him on his arm with his cell phone, Keed took matters into his own hands and acted out of character. Andy Lyons/BIG3/Getty Images If you're trying to get close to Lil Keed, we would advise you not to tap him on the arm with your phone. Apparently, that triggers something within him. Either that or he was just having an off night. It happens to the best of us. In the video below, the Long Live Mexico rapper can be seen during a club appearance in Atlanta on Halloween night. One fan got close to him and attempted to film him with his phone but Keed was not having it. He waited a few moments, grabbed the device out of homeboy's hands and tossed it in the opposite direction, possibly shattering the screen. Keed has officially responded to the drama via XXL, writing on his Instagram story, "If I say don't record me that mean don't record crazy man...respect is key. Y'all can think what y'all want idgaf." We wouldn't be surprised if the fan tries to file a lawsuit about this. We've seen court cases like this before so hopefully, Keed is able to reach out to the fan before it becomes a problem. View the full article
  7. The blockbuster film Independence Day was unlike any other upon its release. The 1996 alien-centered action flick soon broke records as the highest-grossing film of the year and the second-highest of all time, following the dinosaur favorite Jurassic Park. The movie starred Will Smith, Bill Pullman, Jeff Goldblum, Randy Quaid, Vivica Fox, and a slew of others, and with the success of the first installment, it was expected for a second to hit the silver screens with just as grand of a worldwide applause. However, that's didn't happen. Independence Day filmmaker Roland Emmerich was excited to see Independence Day return to theaters as a sequel in 2016, but he now says he wishes he would have jumped ship with Will. The actor was slated to appear in Independence Day: Resurgence alongside Jeff Goldblum and Bill Pullman, but Will dropped out to tackle another project. "I just wanted to make a movie exactly like the first, but then in the middle of production Will opted out because he wanted to do Suicide Squad," Emmerich told Yahoo Movies UK. "I should have stopped making the movie because we had a much better script, then I had to really fast, cobble another script together. I should have just said no because all of a sudden I was making something I criticized myself: a sequel." Did you see Independence Day: Resurgence? Should Will have stayed on that film? 8. Nike loves to do collaborations and when they find a brand they like, they typically stick with them throughout multiple different models, silhouettes, and colorways. One of Nike's favorite collaborators is CLOT who has helped them put out a plethora of great shoes over the years. The next sneaker on their collaboration list is none other than the classic Nike Air Force 1 Low which is a staple of the Beaverton brand. There have been some teasers of this collaboration but recently, the official photos were revealed and they are pretty spectacular. As you can see, the upper is covered in a blue silky material that comes complete with printed designs. From there, the shoe has a white midsole and gum outsole which creates a nice little bit of contrast with the flashy upper. With blue laces on the tongue, the entire look is completed to perfection and once again, Clot has knocked it out of the park. According to Sole Collector, these will be dropping on Monday, November 11th for $250 USD so be on the lookout for these in the near future. 9. Securing the bag is the name of the game for any artist, dj, producer or manager in the music business, and there are a number of ways to go about reaching your goal. In the fourth and final episode of our video series with Sprite®, "Thirst For Yours," HNHH's Head of Artists Relations Brandon Barrett discussed the art of securing the bag with CEO of #JUSTREGULARDAY Neil Dominique, DJ/Creative S-WHiT, Sprite Way artist Indiana Rome, and the Director of Urban at The Orchard/Sony, Naji Grampus. Even as a manager, Neil Dominique has to admit that artists can get the bag nowadays without the help of a manager or a label. "I think that's the dope part about where we are right now with the music industry, and really like making money - you really don't need anybody to get to the money. You don't need a label. You don't need a manager, it's crazy that I'm saying that, but like if you really want to stand on your ten toes and figure out a way it's really that simple." And once you do secure that bag, the goal is to make sure that they keep coming in. With that in mind, he mentioned something that he heard from Diddy that he continues to live his life by. "Even if you get a million dollar check, act like it was just a dollar. Always wake up like you have nothing... You could have five million in the bank right now but if you go in with that attitude and that mindset like, 'look, I'm broke,' your success is going to be crazy." Of course, one of the best ways for an artist to maximize their streaming revenue is to get on an Apple playlist, but DJ S-WHiT explains why it's beneficial to aim for smaller playlists rather than just shooting for the big dogs. "I know people say playlists play a big part, and it does play a big part, but one thing that people aren't understanding - tag little playlists too. Get on people's personal playlists because things populate and it's an algorithm at the end of the day." "If you can get 50 baby playlists, populate it, get it moving in the system, and now you got these numbers in the back end and now somebody else is paying attention, and it's like, 'OK now he's deserving of getting on this playlist because we feel like we're missing out on something. Don't focus solely on the big playlist." To that point, Naji Grampus adds, "Some people go, 'I just want to go straight to Rap Caviar,' right. If that were to happen, you could get on Rap Caviar, but since there's not that much familiarity with who you are, you're going to develop a skip rate, people are going to start to skip it. So I think it's important to be able to build up to where they're able to see that your trajectory is growing as opposed to you just start at the top and nobody's really f*cking with it." He concludes, "playlists matter, but at the end of the day, there's no magic formula, there's no like, 'if you get on this tomorrow your records going to blow up.' It doesn't work like that." 10. He may be an Oscar-winning actor and a Grammy-winning singer, but Jamie Foxx is a family man at heart. Throughout the years, Foxx has shown an overwhelming amount of support for his sister DeOndra, who has special needs, and the pair recently appeared together at the Global Down Syndrome Foundation's Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fundraiser. Tom Cooper/Getty Images Foxx, DeOndra, and the foundation's president Michelle Sie Whitten caught up with Extra backstage at the event and talked about the relationship between the brother and sister. "What’s great about DeOndra is that when people meet her they sort of lose that apprehension, you know when they see people with special needs," Foxx said. "DeOndra just blows right past that. I always refer to when she was in this music video with us for 'Blame It on the Alcohol.' The way she danced and everything like that, and that’s a testament to her mom." The actor added, "Mom asked the kids at her school to just look out for her but treat her normal, you know what I’m saying? And she got an opportunity to do normal things. She’s not put off in the corner somewhere [like] just because you’re special needs you gotta be over there doing special things, you know? She’s had a regular life." Whenever fellow famous friends stopped by, DeOndra always made sure to steal the spotlight and turned their visits into a party. "Chris Brown, Trey Songz, the people that would come by the house and she breaks out in a dance battle and it turns the place out," he said with a smile. "My future holds me for who I am," DeOndra chimed in. "I want to date. I want a boyfriend. I wanna get married pretty soon. I hope I get married to Chris Brown because he’s my main secret crush." Jamie pointed to the camera and added, "Well, it’s not a secret now." Then, Jamie was asked about his civil rights-centered film Just Mercy, and after speaking about his role, his sister gave him a few kind words. "It just made me cry when I was talking about seeing that movie," she said. "It's hard, but Jamie deserves all the support and that made me really happy. I can’t wait to see that movie." Jamie replied, "Well, we support you." "And I wanna thank you for supporting me," said DeOndra. Watch the loving brother-sister pair below. View the full article
  11. It has now been nine years since Jimmy Kimmel started luring parents into participating in his devilish prank of telling their kids that they ate all their Halloween candy. The compilations of the poor children's reactions, which he airs on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, go viral at the top of every November. The videos show kids going absolutely berserk, at times launching nasty insults or even physical objects. Yet every year, a significant faction of parents decide to put their kids through this emotionally-manipulative process for the sake of millions of strangers' entertainment. Before premiering this year's edition of the "I Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candy" YouTube challenge, the late night host said, "I have been told that many disappointed kids from the first time we did it in 2011 have now blossomed into fully grown disappointed adults. I wanna say something to those out there who think I do this because I enjoy being mean to kids. That is not true. I love kids. Not only do I love kids, I have written and illustrated a new children's book called The Serious Goose. Now, this is not a joke. It comes out Dec. 3. It's available for pre-order now and all the money I make from it goes to children's hospitals here in LA and around the United States . . . Remember that for the next five minutes as we endure the tears of disappointed children." Watch the conniptions below. View the full article
  12. It was a VH1 reality stars reunion on the latest episode of Brunch with Tiffany as Love & Hip Hop Atlanta's Scrapp DeLeon appeared as a guest. The show is hosted by Flavor of Love alum Tiffany "HBIC" Pollard, and during their talk, the pair focused much of their conversation on matters of the heart. Tiffany was curious as to how Scrapp felt about his romances being played out for the world, specifically those with Tommie Lee and Tiarra, the mother of his son. Santiago Felipe/Getty Images "Some people act different when the camera is on and when cameras is off," he said. "Me, personally, I was the same the whole way throughout the ordeal, but people change." He added that social media makes things worse because there are so many people both watching and adding their two cents when it's none of their business. Tiffany was also curious if Scrapp wanted to settle down, and the reality star revealed that he would love it, adding that he's interested in polygamy. At the moment, he's enjoying his "freedom right now" following his stint in prison, but said, "to be honest, I want to have multiple wives." It isn't a lifestyle for everyone, and although Tifafany supported his decision, she won't be adding her name to the list. He also chatted about his music, the craziest thing anyone has ever asked him, and what it's like being Muslim. Watch it all go down below. View the full article
  13. There has been much talk about snitching in the hip hop community throughout 2019. The Tekashi 6ix9ine case has taken center stage as an entire crew has been dismantled after the rapper turned into a government informant. Quite a few songs have mentioned 6ix9ine's name and his "snitch" label, and it seems as if the topic is still popular because on Tuesday, Papoose dropped a new single titled "Big Snitch." The single comes on the heels of two projects Papoose has released this year. The New York rapper shared his studio album Underrated in mid-February and later released his mixtape Food For Thought at the end of July. Aside from holding things down in the studio, Papoose also has also shown face on the reality television front on Love & Hip Hop New York alongside his rap star wife, Remy Ma. 14. There are obvious ways to screw up your attempt at twerking. If you have no booty, that's an automatic L. If your knees aren't strong enough, you've also got to do some extra training. Apparently, even Nicki Minaj isn't exempt from the twerk trollery, getting dragged across social media when she tried to pop her assets next to Megan Thee Stallion in the "Hot Girl Summer" music video. The reigning queen of the twerk throne, Hot Girl Meg, recently touched down in Las Vegas to perform at the inaugural Day N Vegas festival and, being one of the most popular artists on the rap radar right now, famed interviewer Nardwuar just had to catch up with the young lady to speak about everything going on in her life. John Parra/Getty Images Since his schedule was filled with Lil Uzi Vert run-ins and more video interviews (which will premiere shortly on his YouTube channel), Megan Thee Stallion didn't get the usual number of surprise gifts that Nard's guests are accustomed to. She did not seem too familiar with the man's line of questioning, noting that she was impressed that he knew about her school teachers and principals. When it came time for a question about twerking, she came through with a bit of information about how to succeed at the dance move. "I mean, I guess the cheeks wouldn't be moving so that wouldn't be twerking," she says, offering her own definition of the phenomenon. Then, Nardwuar brings up a blow-up doll that was designed in her likeness before closing out the interview with his signature "Doot Doola Doot Doot..." 15. There were plenty of emotional, vulnerable moments on Monday's episode of Red Table Talk with guests Demi Moore and her daughters, Rumer and Tallulah Willis. The group of women talked about addiction, insecurities, and co-dependency, but during the conversation, Jada admitted that there was a point when she struggled with dealing with Willow's emotions. Rich Fury/Getty Images "Back in the day, if I would be crying or have an upset, the energy was always like, 'Take that somewhere else. Take that somewhere else and deal with it on your own," Willow shared. Jada confirmed that she was distancing herself from her daughter, but it was a reflection of how she was handling herself. "Yeah, because that’s how I was treating myself," Jada said. "I didn’t want to be with my own feelings." It was only when Jada went through a healing process of her own did she truly realize that she was keeping Willow's hurt, pain, and anxieties at arm's length, hindering her growth process. "As we come into our softness and vulnerability, there was a time when her tears were so offensive to me. So offensive," Jada said. "Which is why I was like, 'Take that over there. We can’t afford that here.' Not realizing, 'B*tch, you can afford it here. You’re not in Baltimore anymore. You absolutely can afford that here.' But I have to confront [the] fact that I denied her that, and I have to confront the fact that I can give it to her now and I can nurture now." Watch the episode below. View the full article
  16. Forty-three-year-old Jessica Jaymes was known for her role in over 200 adult films and becoming Hustler magazine’s “Honey of the Year." She sadly passed away in September of this year when she was found in her San Fernando Valley home. At the time the cause of her death was unknown but police did say they found several different kinds of prescription medication at her residence. Ethan Miller/Getty Images The New York Post now reports that her police report has been handed in and Jessica died from natural causes. For years she suffered from alcoholism and her former business partner previously spoke about how unhealthy she was. "She was so unhealthy, so many problems, health issues with her back, her nerve system, the seizures in the past six months," he said. After her untimely passing, it was reported that Jessica had no will and was worth an estimated $400,000. Her husband Nadir Marschin was working to become the head of her estate to handle her financial royalties and her personal property of that included a North Hills, CA home at $600,000, her mortgage at $300,000 and other assets worth $100,000. Jessica, born Jessica Redding, started doing porn in 2002 and got her big break in 2004 with her Hustler's shoot. View the full article
  17. Singer-songwriter Kevin McCall has once again found himself on the wrong side of the law. It's being reported today that McCall was arrested following a physical altercation with a courthouse security guard. According to The Shade Room, Kevin was at the courthouse in connection to the custody dispute with ex-girlfriend Eva Marcille. Kevin is seeking custody of their daughter, Marley Rae, who McCall claims he hasn't seen in years. Eva has accused McCall of physical abuse and reportedly stated in recent court documents that a restraining order has been set in place keeping McCall away from her and her family. Frazer Harrison/Getty Images A video has surfaced showing McCall on Instagram Live as he makes his way through the courthouse. The singer occasionally speaks to the camera and at one point says, "Imma get mines. They gon' have to give her to me. Marley, your daddy finna get you baby, love you." Then, McCall engages in a conversation with a security guard who tells him he can't record in a courthouse. McCall denies, then confirms he's recording, but he isn't going to turn it off. He tells the guard to take off his badge and threatened to beat him up. "All sheriffs and cops, don't talk to me unless you gon' take your badge off and go lock yourself in a room," he said. "I'll beat you n*ggas up... goin' to get my baby." Something must have occurred off-camera because The Shade Room later shared photos of McCall's mugshot with a report that he'd been arrested. 18. Day N Vegas Festival, which took place this past weekend, had the kind of lineup stacked with hip hop acts that is usually reserved for Rolling Loud. The inaugural three-day event managed to snag TDE veterans, Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Ab-Soul and the label's later addition, Isaiah Rashad. The collective is known to work on strict album cycles, giving room for a single project to breathe before introducing the next in the roundup. This system results in their artists staying relatively quiet when it isn't their turn up at bat. Isaiah Rashad has been occupying a spot on the bench, or in the studio rather, since he dropped his debut studio album, The Sun's Tirade, in 2016. Considering he isn't one to do many features either, his hiatus has left fans pining for his return. During his set at Day N Vegas, he fed people's curiosities about what he's been cooking up by debuting two new songs. The first song that he premiered seems to be the title track off his forthcoming project, rumored to be titled The House Is Burning. While the Chattanooga artist gave a lively performance of the song, the backing track sounds like he's doing his signature slurry delivery. The second track he previewed is definitely more upbeat. According to Stephen Dacres, it is titled “What U Sed?” and features Kal Banx & Guapdad 4000. Another greatly missed TDE member, Ab-Soul, also made a return at Day N Vegas and announced that his next album will drop in 2020. View the full article
  19. Gucci Mane is a man of luxury as you could probably tell by his jewelry and car collection, among other things. And why not? The rapper's put in work over the past two decades of his life, he deserves to enjoy the finer things. The rapper was recently in Miami where he was living his best life until he found out that his car was towed. The rapper took to Instagram to put Mr. Jones on blast but now, there's some BTS footage of what happened after he found out where his car was. TMZ got footage of Gucci Mane going on an epic rant after partying at Mr. Jones in Miami Beach. The rapper's $600K Ferrari Supercar was towed in a small parking lot behind the club but unfortunately, the exotic vehicle ended up getting towed with a few other cars. The rapper blasted officials that were on the site who appeared to accuse him of parking behind a CVS. Later on, the footage shows Gucci Mane approaching the counter to claim his vehicle but things for even more heated. Gucci undoubtedly had troubles getting his car back and a lot of it had to do with the fact that they wanted ID. The problem was that Gucci Mane's ID was locked inside of his Ferrari. "My ID in my car!" Gucci yells at the guy at the counter. "You ask me for ID! My ID in my car!" Eventually, Gucci Mane coughed up $300 and got his car back. View the full article
  20. When Ariana Grande jumped on the remix for Lizzo's "Good As Hell" track it was a joyous moment for fans of both artists that finally got a tune with both female pop stars doing their thing. By no surprise, the original song soared to #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 and now Ariana fans are cheesed that Lizzo isn't showing love to the "Sweetener" singer (allegedly) for her verse on the track that made the song reach such heights. Scott Legato/Getty Images If you've jumped on Twitter today, you may have seen that a #LizzoIsOverParty is trending based on the latter. The issue people are having is due to the fact that Ariana wasn't listed on the original song on the Billboard chart. People think the song is only on that chart due to Ariana's remixed version. The drama has seemingly settled down as we write this since people are pointing out that Lizzo has no control over the Billboard charts and the song that is charting is not the remixed version, but the original. "Imagine being a Arianna Grande Stan and hating Lizzo for producing a song she made without her and when they do a remix she give her the credit for that remix but Arianna Stans think she should have credit for the orginal too," one Twitter user wrote of the drama. 22. Brock Lesnar's feud with Rey Mysterio will come to a head at the Survivor Series pay-per-view on November 24 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. During last night's episode of Monday Night Raw, The Master of the 619 attacked the WWE champ with a pipe and demanded a title shot. Of course, The Beast Incarnate obliged. Brock successfully defended his title against Cain Velasquez at the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia on Halloween, but he was promptly attacked by a chair-wielding Rey Mysterio after the bell. Since then, Lesnar has been on the hunt for Mysterio and there are surely plenty of F5s in his future at the forthcoming PPV. The Lesnar-Mysterio beef has actually been brewing for weeks, and Mysterio's son Dominick has gotten his ass kicked on several occasions as a result. For Dominick's sake, we're hoping he won't be in the building at Allstate Arena on November 24. The WWE has also announced that Rey Mysterio will team up with Velasquez for a tag-team match at the WWE Live Mexico SuperShow taking place at the Arena Ciudad de México the weekend after Survivor Series. Their opponents have not yet been revealed, though one would assume that Lesnar will be a part of that match. View the full article

The kicks are slated to make their retail on adidas.com, the adidas app and select retailers starting November 11 for the retail price of $300. According to Adidas, the midsole is printed with light and oxygen using Carbon Digital Light SynthesisTM technology pioneered by Silicon Valley based company, Carbon. The two companies came together to combine years of athlete data with the latest 3D printing technology which allows products to be created at considerable commercial scale. Per Adidas: Carbon Digital Light SynthesisTM technology uses digital light projection, oxygen-permeable optics and programmable liquid resins to print high-performance, durable polymeric products. The technology uses data to translate the needs of a performance category, and eventually individual athlete or consumer, with the required movement, cushioning and stability directly into a midsole. The super-lightweight upper is made up of a reflective sock-like primeknit that fits like a glove. Adidas notes that each thread is individually constructed millimeter by millimeter with "Forgefiber" - a process using TPU-coated yarn, that maximizes performance when stitched at various angles and layers for ultimate strength in motion. According to TMZ, the singer was arrested on Monday night on a felony charge of aggravated assault by strangulation. Osiris' girlfriend filed a police report against him in September following an altercation between the two at the singer's birthday party. Liliane Lathan/Getty Images She filed the report in September claiming that he had choked her and bit her in the face. According to the report, she confronted him after seeing a flick of another woman on his phone wearing a towel. Inevitably, an argument followed and the two began yelling at each other. However, she claims Osiris said, "I am going to slap the s**t out of you." Things escalated and she said that he had chased her up a flight of stairs before following her into a bathroom. That's when she claims he allegedly choked her and bit her face. However, she did admit to biting his lip but she said it was out of self-defense. She claimed that he had bitten her under her left eye and police noted a mark in the report. Osiris is currently being held behind bars after he was denied bond. Osiris is scheduled for his preliminary hearing later on this month at the Fulton County Courthouse. View the full article
  25. If you see somebody walking around town with a mullet, are you laughing at them once they pass by? Be honest. You either think that person is brave as hell, not very stylish, or just plainly stuck in a different time period. When it comes to Billie Eilish, we're going to have to say she's got balls for even attempting this. However, if anybody were going to test this out, it would be her. Frazer Harrison/Getty Images The pop star (who is actually quite an anti-pop star) debuted a new hairstyle this month, showing everybody that she's got some of the biggest cajones in the industry. From the start of her music career, she's proven that she doesn't care what's in as far as fashion goes. We see so many female artists showing off their bodies to amplify their sex appeal; Billie is against that. In fact, she wears baggy, oversized garments to give off the opposite effect. Now, she's got a mullet to top it all off. Billie Eilish is redefining what it looks like to be a multi-platinum pop star. Last summer, Nicki Minaj adopted a mullet hairstyle and told the world that she would be wearing it for the foreseeable future. She's already switched back to her flashy swag but Billie is taking over, letting her natural roots grow in and styling her hair longer in the back. The lime green look is not as offensive as we remember it and, in fact, we're kind of digging it. What do you think? View the full article
