Actually after reading that whole thread and many others it seems like there isn't an issue at all. Most people are believing that SP2 will only allow 10 connections at any given time.... but from what I'm reading it looks like SP2 just limits you to 10 new connections PER SECOND. If that's the case then I don't see any problems at all... it should work just fine. After all over the life of a huge file on BT, it seems like I would only connect to maybe 30 people tops at any given time... I think I can wait the 3 seconds. Hey MI, can you elaborate on this a bit? Does this have to do with their new firewall software? What does ICF mean?

Pretty much me too... the 6th Doctor didn't seem to have the same charm as Baker for a young 8-10yr old like me at the time, and I stopped watching. What I do remember though is that every Dalek episode was a good one and I go running to find my brother to watch it with me!

It did a facial recognition project for school and found that we could obtain pretty decent accuracy even if half the face was covered up. Image processing is pretty powerful, but they want their results as close to 100% as possible - hence this new rule. They just want you to look how you look most of the time... I agree with you method... maybe not that they're trying to show who's boss, but they're too scared... These over-security things are becoming a joke, kinda like the 4 year old info used to justify 50 SWAT mofos hangin outside of every bank in NYC on a random Monday morning....

That's pretty much what I assumed anyway, well maybe not years but it just looks like a way to show a visible security situation...
