Hey Dude...so glad you're feeling better.

Tonight...MIGHT work until 4am...waiting for the confirmation. If that doesn't happen, going over to The Mark Bar to see my girl Angel...who bartends there on Fri/Sat. She's with a band called The Narrows...cool. She reminds me of Nikka Costa (in a way) http://www.thenarrowsnyc.com, after that to Long Island City to see some friends at the Cave...birthday celebration. Tomorrow day...basketball practice with the C-man (my son Conor hehhee), tomorrow night STUDIO!

Sunday...working from 9-5pm.

Monday...working from 5-11pm

C'Ching! :D (Gotta pay for my boy's birthdays next week - 20th - Conor's birthday surprise is at ESPN Zone...it's the coolest place for kids!) And while I have Conor and 6 of his friends HERE: http://www.espnzone.com/sportsarena/ .....

My hubby's taking Daniel to the studio to jam. My son plays electric guitar and trying to start a band. His best friend Frankie is the bass and Brian on the drums...that's a surprise too! We'll meet home and have cake for them later that night...really looking forward to this!

I would be embarrassed to have you know how many times I read that and thought that Conor must be sorta challenged to be into that sort of thing at age 20.

Tonight I am doing nothing!!

Tomorrow I have to work the Doodlebops at the Toyota Center. What fun!! (It's some kids thing)

I am off tomorrow, yay!!

Where's Moe? Where's Moe? Don't pull the cord Moe!

Sunday morning you'll be wishing Moe was in hell.

Took the light rail into Minneapolis last night, wandered in subzero temps in and out of pubs. No matter how much you drink, you can still feel the cold wind.

Today..... deal with some crazyshit that came up earlier in the week. Not really deal with it..... more like, explain some things to my boyfriend because I'm sure he thinks I've completely lost it.

Tomorrow night... open jam session at Famous Dave's. I don't jam. I enjoy others' jammin'.

dude: Did you have that nasty stomach flu I heard about?

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
