On the one hand, you couldn't write satire better than this. On the other hand, Kiwi is right - there are some serious issues here and i agree the guy was entrapped. If the lady in the chat room hadn't led him on, he wouldnt have been there. Perhaps then, ABC should also be indicted for conspiracy to entrap? There was no 14 year old girl, so was the guy arrested for his thoughts?
