Brothers (and Sisters) In Rock

Talent often runs in the family. Siblings occasionally form bands together or form separate bands, sometimes successfully. Other times not so successfully.

Take brothers Rudolph and Michael Schenker. Originally playing together in the band The Scorpions, Michael soon left to form his own band, U.F.O. Both bands were (and still are) highly successful.

Or consider Ron West of the rock group Missouri and his brother Gary of the group Shooting Star. Missouri is probably best known for their hit song "Movin' On" released back in 1977. It is still played on classic rock stations today. Shooting Star had a number of outstanding songs back in the mid-70's including "Last Chance", "Tonight", and "Bring it On".

And of course there is Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart. Once considered (and still considered by many) to be the hardest rocking ladies in the music biz, the Wilson sisters are known for such hits as Barracuda, Crazy On You, Magic Man, Straight On, and many others.
