Ok, I want to know who did it? IE, who messed things up so I couldnt get back here until a little while ago? Actually, I suspect it was my provider, as this is the second time this happened since they changed their homepage. I just wanted to let everyone know why I wasnt here. :fight:

Our host told us that due to some issues they and their host were both having some of our members would have trouble getting here.

You can blame Joe if you like though.

Gotcha bud. So it doesnt happen again, why not let me know if you have any other problems, and I will make it known on other sites. What are they going to do ban me? LOL

PS the reason it took me a while to get back, is (now get your mind out of the gutter) is Im baking cookies. Chocolate chip first, and then peanut butter ones.

Here is the note we got:

Hello,

A switch servicing our rack of servers went down and needed repairing. As noted in our "Client News" section in our billing area, a Cogent GigE line has gone down as well that is being repaired by CogentCo engineers. This might create slower than usual paths from/to our servers to users abroad.

Regards,

Matt R.

Chocolate chip first, and then peanut butter ones.

I usually make something like that once or twice a year (usually for a thanksgiving gathering), but as of late I've been combining them (meaning throwing chocolate chips in with the PB batter).

It is the hybrid.

We can make them better, stronger, faster, than they were before.

We have the technology.

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
