If you're up to date, podcasting - an automated way of making audio files (such as radio shows) available to download - should be old hat. The latest spin-off from this technology, said Ellen Lee in the Fort WayneNews-Sentinel, is Godcasting.

According to Lee, Godcasts - "religious and spiritually themed podcasts" - have become "the most popular use of the new online technology since it debuted less than a year ago". They "range from a daily dose of Scripture to a weekly dose of the Bible translated into Klingon", continued Lee, who explained that "the vast majority are Christian-based, but they also include New Age, Jewish and Buddhist podcasts."

yes slum......we do..they are usually mormons or jehovas witnesses or seventh day adventists or six day bikeriders or whatever the fuck..and...90% of these missionary zealots have american accents.....as a result of this unholy intrusion into our insular little society down here there is now a national sport in nz

called " BibleThumper Baiting "..... :).... there is also an off shoot of this game......it`s called " Menace a Missionary " and it`s catching on in a big way down here......many is the unfortunate religious zealot seen running down a driveway in my neighbourhood being pursued by a large, angry dog..or person..or running down my dear old mums driveway screaming with their hands over their ears after a half hour session of her (my mum) asking them (the missionaries) whether they have ever considered joining the Rationalists Society...... :) :)
