Love regains custody of daughter

Singer Courtney Love has regained full custody of her 11-year-old daughter, her lawyer said.

Her daughter had been staying with Love's stepfather and sister, but Love had daily contact with the girl.

I'm sorry but there are alot worse people out there having kids. If she cleans her act up and proves she's going to stay that way then she deserves this chance.

Her latest conviction isn't 3 months old and she has further charges still outstanding. I'm worried that the court gave her the kid back to try and straighten her out. That's not really a purpose kids should be serving.
