  1. Azealia Banks has a lot of bitterness and hate in her heart. Her career didn't necessarily go according to plan as she was seemingly blackballed by the industry for her numerous defamatory comments about other artists, including Kanye West, Lana Del Rey, and countless others. Banks is undeniably talented, and she brought a different take on rap in the 2010s, but her mouth continues getting her into trouble. John Sciulli/Getty Images This morning, the rapper found her way onto news headlines for myriad reasons. The "212" artist started off her day by heading into her yard and digging up her deceased cat before boiling its corpse and using its skull as decoration, which caused disgusted fans to react online for the last few hours. She also took time to continue her bullying tirade, shifting her focus from Lana Del Rey to body-shame Doja Cat, who is far from overweight. "This is disgusting," exclaimed Banks while watching the music video for "Juicy" with one of her friends. "Doja, you look fat and you look disgusting. No! This is disgusting. This is pre-diabetic, b*tch! Disgusting." Frazer Harrison/Getty Images She went on to speak about a conspiracy theory involving China and American beauty standards, before continuing to bully the "Best Friend" artist. "This is terrible. Doja, you're fat," she said. Doja Cat is one of the hottest artists in the music industry right now. Azealia Banks hasn't had a chart hit in years. It sounds like the New York-raised artist is bitter about Doja's recent success, considering she's the furthest thing from "fat" or "pre-diabetic". View the full article
  2. Playboi Carti remains one of the game's fascinating -- if divisive-- artists. Notorious for his infantile cadence, penchant for repeating his words, and apparent detachment from the responsibilities of reality, some have found it difficult to buy into Carti's experimental musicianship. Yet others have become captivated by his mystique and singularity, celebrating Whole Lotta Red as one of the most interesting projects in some time now. Suffice it to say, hip-hop fans tend to be split on what Carti is bringing to the table, but damned if he hasn't been capturing attention all the same. Ser Baffo/Getty Images Now, with Whole Lotta Red already having aged a few weeks, Carti has already set his sights on the Deluxe edition. Following Lil Yachty's tease that he'd be appearing on the album alongside Future, interest has been growing at a steady rate. Some have even speculated that the fan-favorite track "Kid Cudi," which many concluded would be a surefire inclusion on Whole Lotta Red, would make the final cut on this tracklist. On that note, Carti has been relatively open about crafting said tracklist, going so far as to ask fans which songs should be included. Though some wondered whether Carti would be recording any new music for the WLR Deluxe, it would appear that the rapper has indeed hit the studio, presumably to lay some new vocals. Of course, it's entirely possible he's simply overseeing the arranging process, opting to listen to the Deluxe on the studio monitors. Either way, Whole Lotta Red Deluxe is coming, whether it features new songs or unreleased fan favorites. Will you be tuning in? View the full article
  3. Travis Scott's legion of ragers is patiently awaiting the arrival of his next studio album, Utopia, which is currently being teased for a release in March 2021. While the specifics surrounding the album remain unclear, it appears as though some fans got a sneak peek into the possible direction of his sound going forward as two songs reportedly leaked on Spotify. As of this publication, the songs appear to have been removed from the streaming platform. Two songs, "Vision" and "Niagara Falls" with 21 Savage, reportedly surfaced on Spotify after the superstar rapper's account was likely hacked. The songs were not uploaded anywhere else. Some fans have described them as sounding "low quality" and "old". With that said, it's undetermined whether they are actually slated for the new album or if they were just throwaways from past eras. Jean Baptiste Lacroix/Getty Images Recently, Travis has been teasing a couple of upcoming collaborations with Roddy Ricch and Lil Uzi Vert, respectively. His new album is expected to release with the launch of CACTI, Scott's hard seltzer drink. This weekend, the rapper was spotted with Don Toliver at the Rockets/Lakers game, sitting courtside as the arena allowed limited fan attendance. What are you expecting from Travis' new album? Do you think "Niagara Falls" and "Vision" will be included? View the full article
  4. For the most part, 50 Cent tends to be equal-opportunity with his antics, operating strictly under the philosophy that anybody can indeed get it. And while he did previously issue a positive review of Donald Trump (which he proceeded to walk back shortly thereafter), it would appear that Fif is not about to sit idly by and let the dwindling members of the MAGA cult escape his wrath unscathed. Angela Weiss/Getty Images Though 50 does tend to be apolitical as a general rule, it seems as if the recent Capitol riot has struck a nerve. For one, 50 appeared particularly frustrated by the perceived hypocrisy seen within the police response; Instagram recently hit one of his posts with a fact-check warning after he compared the policing during the Black Lives Matter protests to the seemingly laxer policing during the Capitol riot. In the wake of everything that has transpired in the political forum, it would appear that 50 has decided to take the gloves off once and for all, taking a moment to ridicule an oblivious MAGA follower. The nature of the clip is, in truth, hilarious regardless of any political leaning. After all, man-walks-into-pole is a timeless bit, one that has sparked laughter and darkly-comedic joy long before Donald Trump ever took office. Sure, it doesn't hurt when a little bit of karmic justice is enacted, as it was to this particularly angry individual seconds before face met pole. "Yes your country, your street pole , your ass better pay attention to what your doing," captions Fif, having an emphatic laugh at the man's expense. Check out the clip below. View the full article
  5. Kyrie Irving, star player for the Brooklyn Nets, has been missing from the last three games on the schedule due to "personal reasons". The cryptic nature of his absence has been dissected by numerous NBA insiders, some of whom reported that he was partying with Drake in Toronto. However, those reports appear to have been false. Jared C. Tilton/Getty Images Twitter investigator @WorldWideWob took a look into a viral video that has been circulating, reportedly showing Kyrie at a party over the weekend. Wob came to the conclusion that, after taking a deep dive into the facts and falsities of the images, Kyrie was actually in New Jersey with his father and sister, celebrating their birthdays, which take place on January 11 and January 12, respectively. His sister, Asia Irving, is celebrating her thirtieth birthday, and she seemingly planned a big party for her family and friends, which was the video in question. From the looks of these videos, the event appears to have happened recently. However, much like James Harden at the beginning of the season, the NBA will likely investigate this matter internally to determine whether Irving needs to quarantine himself for even longer before resuming the season. The Nets are supposed to gear up against the Nuggets tonight, but it's likely that Kyrie Irving will be missing in action for the fourth straight game because of his partying. Watch the breakdown above and let us know what you think of this. View the full article
  6. Azealia Banks has outdone herself, absolutely horrifying her fans by digging up her dead cat's corpse and cooking it while she filmed the entire thing on Instagram. The oftentimes controversial Azealia Banks is back in the headlines today for her recent move on social media, which consisted of digging up her deceased cat and boiling it. "Lucifer 2009-2020. My Dear kitty," she wrote as her caption on one of the two since-deleted (or possibly reported) videos. "Thank you for everything. A legend. An icon. Forever a serval serve." Jennifer Graylock/Getty Images The "212" rapper proceeded to boil her deceased pet companion, who she said passed away three months ago, which is when she buried it. She finally posted a picture of the cat's skull hanging on her wall. "Is Azealia Banks really digging up her dead cat and cooking it on instagram right now?" asked one fan, seriously concerned for what was happening on the artist's page. "Azealia Banks dug up her dead cat cooked it... i have no words 2021 is not the year," said another. This marks just the latest in Azealia's troubling history, especially as it pertains to animals. The rapper notoriously performed a brujeria ritual in her closet five years ago, stating that "Real witches do real things" after cleaning up three years' worth of chicken blood from her floors. We will not be posting the videos as they are very graphic. Check out some fan reactions below. View the full article
  7. It's always interesting when a rapper produces their own beats, as it allows them to tap into another form of creative expression. Sometimes, an artist's most personal songs are the ones on which they fire on both cylinders. Other times, they're simply looking to wild out and craft a banger -- either way, the game's double threats deserve plenty of appreciation. Isaac Brekken/Getty Images As it happens, Logic is no stranger to the boards, having laced tracks on albums like The Incredible True Story and Under Pressure. Though he tends to delegate the bulk of the production load to 6ix, and most recently No I.D, it would appear that retirement has left him with ample time to flex his beatmaking chops. He recently shared a glimpse at his studio nook, one lined with some of his favorite cultural staples (though no sign of his $226k Pokemon card collection), and teased a few no-doubt productive "Beat Makin" sessions having taken place. While it's unclear as to whether he intends to shop the results around -- perhaps he simply wanted to keep his mind active during his retirement period -- it looks like Bobby Tarantino is already fielding interest in his handiwork. Former collaborator Joyner Lucas, who enlisted Logic for their combative lyrical anthem "Isis" on 2019's ADHD, slid into the comments inquiring after a beat or two. "Send me sumthin," comments Joyner, perhaps seeking music for his new super-group in the works. Even if we don't end up hearing any Logic-produced music released in the near future, it's still nice to see Bobby back in his bag -- after all, if history tells us anything, hip-hop retirement tends to be a surprisingly temporary development. 8. Sometimes, Young Thug doesn't consider the consequences of his words when he speaks during interviews. Recently, his statements have offended hip-hop fans with regards to what he's said about Jay-Z and Andre 3000. His comments about the former have already been dissected at length and Thug's sentiment toward Andre 3000 was less than favorable when T.I. asked him about the OutKast legend on expediTIously. "I can't rap you two Andre 3000 songs. I ain't never paid attention to him. Never in my life," said Thug a few weeks ago. As you're likely aware, the comments made headlines across hip-hop media outlets, angering fans around the world. Last night, Young Thug met up with T.I. to present him a very rare gift, coming through with a 1/50 luxury watch, which he claimed he was giving to everyone that he loves in his circle. Tip had a question about that. Paras Griffin/Getty Images "Slime done came on through," said T.I. as he partied with Thugger. "My n***a, you ain't have to do that sh*t. You got one for [Andre] 3000?" Thug responded that, yes, one of the watches was intended for the icon. "Yes, of course," he laughed. "Three Stacks, come pick yours up," said T.I., hooking up the great. Following Thug's comments about Andre 3000's legacy, this is just the sort of gesture that he should be prioritizing. Oftentimes, Thug is criticized for the way he speaks about hip-hop legends. Hopefully, one of those watches is for Jay-Z too. View the full article
  9. Of the thousands of photos of rioters breaking numerous laws as they took over Capitol Hill last Wednesday (January 6), the "Horned Shaman" was one of the most memorable. The shirtless man who donned red, white, and blue facepaint while yelling and touting an American flag was a recognizable figure as he'd previously attended Black Lives Matter protests as a reported representative of QAnon. His real name is Jacob Chansley, or Jake Angeli the "QAnon Shaman," and after being arrested, he's refused to eat while sitting in jail. According to reports, Chansley is upset that he isn't being served organic food but lucky for him, authorities have reportedly stated that they will abide by his strict health habits. According to ABC15 News, Chansley has been on a hunger strike since being booked because he follows a "strict shaman diet." An updated report states that U.S. Marshal David Gonzalez has confirmed that a judge has sided with the inmate. "We will abide by the judge's order," said Gonzales. Last week, Chansley reportedly spoke with Newsy in an interview where he seemed flippant about the seriousness of the Capitol Hill riot and his participation in the insurrection. "I'm not really all that worried about it because, in all honesty...I didn't break any laws. I walked through open doors," he said. [via] View the full article
  10. It's not uncommon for artists to cover one another's songs, often delivering amended remixes, so it came as a surprise to Jacquees when Ella Mai and her record label reportedly came after his version of her hit, "Trip." It was back in 2018 when we reported that Jacquee's cover of Mai's single was deleted from both SoundCloud and YouTube, and it seems that the "B.E.D." singer still isn't quite sure why Ella Mai began to shade him once his version went viral. During a recent appearance on Big Facts Podcast, Jacquees revisited the controversy and said before there was any animosity over the track, he and Ella Mai were friends. "I don't think nobody know that," said the singer. "We was friends. When I met Ella Mai she was already a fan. I remember I went on tour with Chris Brown, I was onstage or whatever and my security was like, 'Ella Mai backstage, she wanna meet you.'... I got backstage, she in the room and she's like, 'What's up Jacquees, I'm a fan, I like your music, I'm from London or whatever.'" Later, Jacquees claims that he DM'd Ella Mai and told her that he loved "Trip" and told her that he planned on remixing the song. "I remember when I put it out, she commented on it. She put all the fire on it." However, after his version circulated, there were alleged shady remarks from the British singer and it puzzled Jacquees, especially after the cease and desist was reportedly served. "I just feel like a couple people made her think that I was doing something wrong. Of course, she just now steppin' into the game. N*ggas been doing remixes and covers forever and they were tryin' to say I was monetizing off of the record when I wasn't." Check out his explanation before and listen to his remix of "Trip" above. 11. The fate of Wakanda is a touchy subject for many Marvel Universe fans, but the production team is committed to carrying on the legacy of star Chadwick Boseman while honoring the series. Five months ago, the shattering news of Boseman's death reverberated globally after it was learned that for years the acclaimed actor battled colon cancer. Taylor Simone Ledward, Boseman's wife, has remained relatively silent during her mourning period but resurfaced on Monday (January 11) to accept a Gotham Award on his behalf. During the virtual ceremony, Ledward's grief tugged as viewers' heartstrings as she cried while praising her late husband. Boseman was honored with the Actor Tribute and Taylor accepted the award with an emotional speech. "As an artist, an actor, and a person, Chad made a practice of telling the truth," Ledward stated. "He is the most honest person I've ever met. Because he didn't just stop at speaking the truth, he actively searched for it—in himself, in those around him, and in the moment." "The truth can be a very easy thing for the self to avoid, but if one does not live in truth, then it's impossible to live in line with a divine purpose for your life. And so, it became how he lived his life, day in, day out. Imperfect, but determined." She added, "He developed his understanding of what it meant to be the one, the none and the all. He realized when one is able to recognize that their strength does not come from themself, they rarely mess up." Dimitrios Kambouris / Staff / Getty Images "That's what he was doing when he was acting. Not merely telling a story or reading lines off a page, but modeling for us a path of true fulfillment. May we not let his conviction be in vain. May our spirits be fertile soil for god's wisdom to fall upon." She concluded her speech by speaking directly to her husband. "Chad, thank you. I love you. I am so proud of you. Keep shining your light on us." [via] View the full article
  12. As the FBI sweeps America in its quest to arrest and charge those involved in the insurrection on Capitol Hill continues, the hashtag "#NoFlyLists" gains steam. Thousands of people visited America's capital on January 6 to participate in President Donald Trump's "Stop The Steal" rally, and after it was said and done, most of the mob made their way through security barriers, intimidating security, and attempted to take over the Capitol while Congress was in office. Some were armed with weapons, zip ties, and pipe bombs as they wanted to disrupt the certification of President-Elect Joe Biden after an election that Trump convinced them was "stolen." Chip Somodevilla / Staff / Getty Images When the dust settled and rioters were kicked out, traveling participants found it difficult to return home. Many were able to fly under the radar and make it to their destinations without incident, but others were identified at nearby airports and were either kicked off their flights or not allowed to board. Others found themselves shocked when federal authorities were waiting to arrest them upon landing. Soon, videos of pro-Trump supporters crying and lamenting over being called domestic terrorists surfaced on social media. Many MAGA allies have been placed on No-Fly Lists across airlines and in video clips, they are adamant that they are patriots. The "#NoFlyLists" hashtag remained a trending topic throughout the day (January 11) as the public vocalized that they couldn't get enough of watching people act out. We've pulled a few videos so you can check out people reacting to being denied from flying on airlines below. View the full article
  13. Federal investigators are attempting to determine if the insurrection at the U.S. capital was an inside job and as President Donald Trump continues to receive criticism for his lack of response, America's leader has signed off on an important order. Following the failed coup on Capitol Hill last Wednesday (January 6), pro-Trump supporters have continued to take to social media to mobilize another takeover, this time the day before or during President-Elect Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20. We previously reported that House Democrats have introduced articles of impeachment just a week and a half ahead of Trump's exit from the White House, and The Hill shared that on Monday (January 11), the president has issued an emergency declaration. In it, Trump reportedly "authorizes the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide assistance for emergency actions under the Stafford Act." The White House released the declaration that reportedly states, “Emergency protective measures, limited to direct Federal assistance, will be provided at 100 percent Federal funding.” During the takeover last week, Trump garnered heavy criticism after the National Guard was reportedly told to stand down as violence was unleashed at the Capitol. The insurrection resulted in several injuries, attacks on police officers, and five deaths including an officer who was beaten with a fire extinguisher. [via] View the full article
  14. We love a good walk down memory lane, and Taylor Gang producer Sledgren shared a random tour story over the weekend. It's unclear what prompted Sledgren to tell the tale involving Wiz Khalifa and Bow Wow, but thousands of fans were too amused by the memory that the producer shared on Twitter. It all apparently stemmed from a pair of missing sunglasses that Wiz believed that he lost during the "Under The Influence Tour" back in 2012 with Mac Miller, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, and Chevy Woods. Bennett Raglin/BET / Contributor / Getty Images "I remember wiz had these sunglasses he was looking for on the bus to wear during his show," tweeted Sledgren. "We started searching for em ..bow wow helped us look ..we couldn’t find them ... the next day bow wow had em on in his blog he made at our show." It didn't take long for someone to comment under the producer's post with a screenshot of Bow Wow rocking the shades during his 2012 webisode. Fans seemed to get a kick out of Bow Wow taking the time to help everyone look for the glasses while later being bold enough to wear them in the video. Check out the webisode in question below to relive some backstage moments from the "Under The Influence Tour." View the full article
  15. A moment caught in an interview has resurfaced and is causing a conversation about whether Drake or Jay-Z is the bigger artist. FatBoy SSE sat down for a virtual interview with famed Los Angeles radio station Power 106 during the holiday season and while the chat didn't seem to be controversial, a clip has resurfaced showing the rapper sharing his thoughts on why currently, Drake is the biggest name in Hip Hop. The video has gained new life and now, Hip Hop fans are weighing both mega-rappers' catalogs. Bennett Raglin / Stringer / Getty Images "Drake is Floyd Mayweather in music, right. He don't miss," FatBoy SSE said when speaking about the OVO mogul responding to naysayers. "So, why would he go against anybody and mess up his career? Just like the reason that he didn't respond to Pusha T. I'm not gon' go—I'm not saying Pusha T at the bottom 'cause Pusha T a dope artist, too, and Pusha T my dog, too—but at the of the day, why would you go down...you know?" "He did it with Meek [Mill] 'cause it was like that time and that era right there," he continued. "Why would you keep doing that, you know what I'm saying? You Mayweather of this sh*t." SSE called Drake "the biggest in music since Jay-Z" and added, "And Imma say this: he's bigger than Jay-Z." The radio hosts told him that he would certainly ruffle a few feathers with that statement. "It's a different time. It's streaming time. That's just a fact... That's my opinion." The hosts questioned if the comedian really thought Drake was a bigger artist, and that's when FatBoy SSE explained himself. "He's not bigger than Jay-Z, I'm saying musically-wise, like it's streaming, it's different." "Don't mess up my words." Check out both the clip below. View the full article
  16. There have been varying reactions to last Wednesday's (January 6) failed coup after thousands of pro-Trump supporters attempted to take over Congress. The FBI has been arresting participants around the clock as President Donald Trump finds himself on the outs with world leaders, American citizens, and several popular social media platforms. The president's friend, New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, was slated to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom tomorrow (January 12), but he publicly declined the offer. Chip Somodevilla / Staff / Getty Images "Recently, I was offered the opportunity to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which I was flattered by out of respect for what the honor represents and admiration for prior recipients," said Belichick in his statement. "Subsequently, the tragic events of last week occurred and the decision has been made not to move forward with the award. Above all, I am an American citizen with great reverence for our nation's values, freedom and democracy." “One of the most rewarding things in my professional career took place in 2020 when, through the great leadership within our team, conversations about social justice, equality, and human rights moved to the forefront and became actions," he continued. "Continuing those efforts while remaining true to the people, team, and country I love outweigh the benefits of any individual award.” Back in 2016, Belichick stood firm in his support of Trump in an open letter. "Our friendship goes back many years," the football coach wrote at the time. "Anybody who spends more than five minutes with me knows I'm not a political person. My comments are not politically motivated. I have a friendship with Donald." [via] View the full article
  17. She's currently one of the most sought after rap artists in the industry, but Megan Thee Stallion could have walked down another career path had her reality television dreams come true. The Houston Hottie's star has continued to rise with each new project, endorsement deal, fashion line, and magazine cover—and with Roc Nation, Jay-Z, and Beyoncé in her corner, it's difficult not to succeed. On Monday (January 11), VH1 unlocked the vault and shared a video clip showing that at one time, Megan auditioned to be a member of their Love & Hip Hop series and the network posted her pitch. "It's Megan Thee Stallion AKA young Tina Snow AKA H-Town Hottie and I'm from Houston Texas and I'm just the best female rapper that's poppin' off right now," Meg said in the video. "And on top of that, I'm a full-time college student." Megan mentioned her late mother's rapping past and recalled telling her mother at 18 that she wanted to become an artist." "Megan is gonna become a household name," she added. "When you're talkin' about those poppin' rappers, I'm going to be in that conversation." Unfortunately for the hopeful Megan, VH1 decided to pass but it worked out for her in the end. Check out the clip below. View the full article
  18. Shocking news surfaced over the weekend after it was reported that UFC fighter Irwin Rivera had been taken into custody for allegedly attacking his 22 and 23-year-old sisters, Kelly and Leslye Rivera. We previously reported on the incident, sharing that Boynton Beach police officers in Florida were dispatched to Irwin's residence where they found the siblings injured. The ladies were allegedly stabbed by their 31-year-old brother with a brass knuckle knife as they slept. Both women issued statements about the altercation to E! News where they claimed that their brother was mentally unstable at the time. Kelly told the outlet that Irwin wasn't "in the right mind" and added, "I was with him that whole week and I knew he never slept and sometimes barely ate. He was battling with something we couldn't admit to seeing and I regret not helping out sooner." "I was always his little girl and he always protected me and cared for me, which is why [I know] he would have never in the right mind do what you all think he did," she continued. Leslye added that she believes her brother "has fallen into an unstable mind state." Upon his arrest, Irwin reportedly told officers that he was passed by a "higher power." The fighter is reportedly being held in a "behavioral health facility" without bail and faces charges of attempted murder. [via] View the full article
  19. Supporters of President Donald Trump thrived on social media network Parler, but after it was booted from both Amazon and Apple, its users have accused the companies of banning free speech. It's reported and alleged that Parler was an instrumental source in domestic terrorists storming the U.S. Capitol building on Wednesday (January 6) with weapons and pipe bombs while Congress was in session. Many corporations have severed ties with the network and its members, and it's being reported on Monday (January 11) that the app's data, including personal information of users, their posts, and their messages, are available to the public. Spencer Platt / Staff / Getty Images A Twitter user named "@donk_enby" claims that they've accessed all archived files from the app and shared a link where the public can read through the information. "The lack of moderation on Parler is not the issue," the hacker wrote of the app not being as attentive about what users posted. "They actually have very robust moderation tools and all new users start out shadowbanned until enough of their post get approved for rightthink by their user moderators." Meanwhile, Parler has filed a lawsuit against Amazon Web Services for "breach of contract" among other accusations. "AWS is violating Section 1 of the Sherman Antitrust Act in combination with Defendant Twitter," Parler explained in the lawsuit, according to Deadline. "AWS is also breaching it contract with Parler, which requires AWS to provide Parler with a thirty-day notice before terminating service, rather than the less than thirty-hour notice AWS actually provided." Parled also stated in the lawsuit that Amazon interfered with their ability to make money as "millions of users" were expected to "sign up in the near future." It's said that former Parler users have been making a home on Clapper, a social media network much like TikTok. [via][via][via][via] View the full article
  20. The latest internet craze is the "Buss It Challenge" inspired by the similarly named Nelly-sampled single by 1501 Certified Entertainment and Warner Records artist, Erica Banks. The rapper on the rise has been taking over social media with her viral track and its accompanying glow-up challenge, and newly single Sabrina Parr decided to add her face to the list of participants. Lately, Parr has made headlines over her messy breakup from ex-fiancé Lamar Odom, but she wanted to show what she was working with in a TikTok clip. After The Shade Room shared Parr's video, basketball icon Matt Barnes jumped in the comment section to accuse the fitness guru of clout chasing. "Don't start giving her attention," the All The Smoke podcast host said as he seemed to defend his fellow Los Angeles Laker, Odom. "That's all her plan has ever been." Parr addressed Barnes in a follow-up comment of her own and even took a dig aimed at his sexuality. "I'm sorry do I know you @matt_barnes9 ?" she replied. "You must like men to be commenting on another female's 'plan' who you've never seen or met in your life! Keep your energy where it belongs & that's not over here with me!" You can check out their exchange below as well as other videos from the "Buss It Challenge." View the full article
  21. The NBA managed to get through the 2019-2020 season due to the success of the Bubble. It was arguably the best concept to come out of professional sports in the past year as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread across the world. We got some entertainment out of it, thankfully, as most people were binge-watching through anything possible on Netflix before the league was back in action. Unfortunately, without the bubble, things aren't working out as well as everyone would like. Despite the NBA's Health and Safety protocols, players are still testing positive for COVID, pushing the league to cancel more games. Tonight's game between Dallas Mavericks-New Orleans Pelicans has been pushed back as well as the Boston Celtics-Chicago Bulls game that was scheduled for tomorrow. Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Dallas didn't have the eligible eight players available for this evening. The team's facility was shut down on Sunday in the wake fo the issues regarding coronavirus. It doesn't look like the league has any intentions to end the season early. According to The Athletic, Adam Silver and the league have anticipated the threats of coronavirus, especially in the coming weeks. "January is going to be the worst month," Silver reportedly told a group of team governors, GMs, and others. "We are optimistic about improvements in February... after we get through the darkest days." View the full article

Now, ForeverHood has connected both artists for his new single, "Make It Happen." The three rappers are backed by an eerie trap instrumental as they reflect on the highs and lows of the traps, though there is a celebratory feel when Calboy swings in with his melodies. ForeverHood's sharp flow cuts through after CalBoy and Foogiano as he flexes his flow. Calboy is still riding high from the release of 2020's Long Live The Kings as well as the deluxe edition. Foogiano is also pushing his project Gutta Baby. Check out the latest singles from Calboy and Foogiano below. 24. In 'news that no one is surprised to hear,' the woman responsible for creating the Kanye West and Jeffree Star gossip admitted that she made up the entire rumor. It wasn't expected that at the top of 2021 that Kanye West would be involved in a scandal of an alleged affair with controversial influencer Jeffree Star. The gossip appeared at the height of reports claiming that the music icon and his equally-as-famous wife Kim Kardashian West were headed to divorce court. Soon, TikTok star Ava Louise surfaced to launch the Ye and Star rumors that quickly circulated in the media. While Star initially trolled his followers and played into the rumors, he quickly returned to social media to shut things down. He said that he has no affiliation with West and doesn't speak to him at all, but by that time, the internet had already done damage. Later, Ava Louise resurfaced on TikTok with an announcement. "I’m not even getting sued, I made this entire scandal up," she said in an audio clip. "There’s literally not one bit of truth to anything I have said," she continued. "I just tricked the entire world into talking about me again because I was on a lot of Adderall and bored." If you're wondering why she said "again," it's because Ava Louise landed herself on the Dr. Phil show after she recorded herself licking a toilet for the "coronavirus challenge" last year. "And that's on being an icon," she added. "We all had fun though didn’t we? You’re welcome for the memes." Check out her post below. View the full article
