It's the kind of book that is impossible to put down. Weeks after you read it, the book is still so prominent in your thoughts. It has been a longtime since I have read a book that has affected me so and I love to read. I truly recommend it. :)

:rolleyes: I am lost, as usual :rolleyes: but I will tell you this....( sorry Mr. Jip) I have been living in Texas for the past 20 years and I have a great deal of problems where President Bush is concerned........( sorry again Mr. Jip) I have to confess I was born and raised in California, so I have the unusual distinction of being my own person.....( sorry again Mr. Jip, you all know how he hates the ......)anyway I am who I am and sometimes that doesn't set well with people here in TX( Sorry to the natives) Am I being TOO political, no disrespect intended ;)

I was born into a family that was bent on music, I remember hearing "Go Now" and alot of other things, I am still in love with Dire Straits, some of the best music I have ever heard, Telegraph Road(Dire Straits) is one of my all time favorites :D

kinda late in the news for you all but I finally got to see Return of The King(3rd Lord Of The Rings) and no legends of rock on any of the 3 soundtracks but there is some great music there :)

finished reading The Da Vinci Code a couple of weeks ago............I couldn't put it down

:) But I do like just about anything Martin Scorsese (sp?) does, especially Kundun and Gangs of New York does anyone like things like; Once Were Warriors (an older pic made in New Zealand) or how about Trainspotting I like movies that Mike Leigh does :) Just some thoughts
