Bah! I see is as a ploy to make Americans think they actually have a say in what happens, while behind the scenes it is business as usual. Government by big money, for big money. We'll see if there is any real fundamental change, or minor surface change to keep the masses at bay.

I don't think I'll be overly displeased, or overly impressed. I didn't vote for either Obama or McCain as well. I don't think either will bring enough change to really reform Washington. But I'm willing to give a guy a chance.

About 6 or seven years ago I downloaded 3 songs by a band called Failsafe. They had a ska sound and a female singer. The songs I downloaded were Faithful, Swingy, and Through You. They were a small unsigned band back then. Recently I have been trying to find out if they are still around and if they have any more music I could get. Any help would be appreciated in locating this band. If it will help you can download the 3 songs here.

Congrats on the big win. Nebraska won. They got a big game next week against Oklahoma.

I went up on a deer hunt this past weekend. I decided to go hike around on the next little valley and try to push some deer over the ridge to where my buddies were waiting for something. I ended taking one of my friends little 10 year old boy with me. Well we ended up circling around and ended up in the wrong little canyon. Sorta lost, but I knew the area well enough that I knew we were just over one too many canyons. I also knew what direction we needed to hike to get out of there. Anyway what was supposed to be an quick hour long hike around and back to the road ended up being a 6 hour hike through some nasty terrain. Everyone else that was in our group (about 10 guys) was out looking for us. The boys dad was worried as hell. Imagining all sorts of terrible scenarios. But we made it out alright. A long hike and a couple of scratches and a big blister is all the damage done. And nobody ended up baggin a deer.

Personally I think current copyright laws are outdated and unjust. They need to be fixed first. As far as China or any third world country goes, I don't like how the media industries are using the US government to bully other governments into conforming and enforcing their idea of what is right or wrong. There are much more important problems right here in the USA. We should worry more about our own problems before we worry about the problems of other nations.
