Tonight I am going to my gym to lift weights and later after a long bath, settling down to watch my favorite wb shows.

Saturday I may join GY at the Folk Festival, and then I need to start preparing for my second job interview with UGA on Monday. I need loads of luck.

Sunday morning I have to go in to help the law office where I work put in their server. Should be a busy one.

Friday nothing, may help a friend make up some baby announcements. Saturday I have to work at the Toyota Center, some select a seat for the Rockets season, that should be ONE BIG BORE!! Sunday I have to pull a double shift at the Toyota Center for Rockets training camp (or whatever it is) One big boring weekend!

im try an finish off this beer (2.8vol) that tastes like tonic water and its pretty much shandy but for 14 yr olds, then do some more stencils.

whoa, stencils! (love them). like banksy? or what?

we're chilling this weekend, (apart from doing two weeks' worth of laundry), playing w/Petey and trying not to think, really (huge quantities of alcohol and smoke imbibing).

lets see, this morning my stepdaughter and i came down and picked up my son then i packed a bunch of obsolete baby stuff in the back of the truck and hauled it up to providence for the impending yard sale we're holding next weekend to eliminate a bunch of crap and add $ to the house fund. after dinner tonight took the kids to family swim at the YMCA and tossed them around in the water interspersed with a discussion about mortages then me and mini-me came back here to crash.

tomorrow... we are going food shopping at Walmart damn freaking early then heading back up to providence to meet the better half at Roger WIlliams Zoo. Then we are coming back here and I am changing the oil in the SUV cuz its past its mileage, then i'm probably getting crap ready for work this week. still want to go see "Hero" but as of yet still not sure when--maybe tomorrow night instead of doing work related stuff lol.

Nothin'.........absolutely nothin'.

Got a little done around mom's house Sat and chilled out today. Veged out is more like it. I hate it when I waste a weekend.

I hate most weekends. It is boring at the bottom of the gene pool as well as lonely.

my wife left me and even my damn dog ran away.

I sure am gonna miss the dog.

j/k I have the same wifey now for ....let's see.....22yrs. I don't think she is gonna leave..... especially since I don't beat her half as much as I used to. :)

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
