Aite I only got clips of this freestyle and they're screwed and I'm tryin to get the normal freestyle....it's wit paul and cham from when they were still together and I think the entire freestyle has like 4 or 5 cats on it...here's some of the lyrics from it...

It seems to have all the typical content of.........I suppose you're calling it "freestyle", rap, whatever.

I also give them credit for using "playbook play" so close to football (american) season.

For that, i'd give them a gold star on their forehead.....................................using a hammer.

Thanks, by any chance you know what CD that was on or do you have a copy of this song?

And this freestyle is relatively old if I'm not mistaken, and unless y'all heard any swishahouse freestyle or DSR freestyles you wouldn't be able to truly appreciate it...Some of the artists freestyle for 3-4 minutes at a time and it's not jus filler or garbage its good qualty IMO. If you get a chance, listen to "I Ball" its a freestyle with Lil Flip, Paul Wall, and Chamillionaire...if I remember right it's about 8 minutes long...

It is from Cham's "Greatest Hits" CD and you gotta appreciate some of the freestyles that come out of the Houston scene. 8 minutes is still overshadowed to this day to the 30 minute freestyle session that featured Big Moe and Yungstar among others on DJ Screw's "June 27th" CD.
