I have checked out this new album before it hit stores and have to say I'm pretty impressed with it. Well its not the old Slipknot but it seems to fix what alot of people hated about Slipknot. There is more music involved with this. There is a few slow songs including "Circle" and the single "Duality". But Slipknot keeps the same hard rock as they are known for with songs including "Pulse Of The Maggots".

The only thing I do not like about this album is I feel they stuffed it with a few songs that seem they just wrote up and made in 5 minutes. But otherwise Slipknot is back and kicks ass. A different look, and a bit of a change on their sound didn't slow this band down any. Definatly check them out!

Do they still want to muder their families, and screw rabbits in the goat-ass?

Bunny Sutra that Swatch!

umm when did they want to screw rabbits in the goat ass and kill there families? You are thinking of Korn again Ken.

Well I don't know about the look. I heard they had a new look but I have not seen it yet. But the music is a bit different.

You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
