Hmmmm...thanks Ken. I'm downloading this as we speak. I really liked the "old" Morpheus, though I am less than thrilled about the adaware bundled with it. As long as it all can be disabled/removed, as Download.com claims, then it's cool. I'll report back later and let you know whether it gets :good job:

Do I want to try Morpheus 4.0.2 when I already have and like KCEasy 0.10?

Probably not. I have enough FastTrack/Gnutella clients without the spyware ;)

I agree with with Bombardier.

Also, don't be so sure that removing the spyware, after you've installed it, will be so easy; or that it's some sort of automatic solution to the problem.

The honest truth is...................

A. You really don't know exaclty what is in it, version to version.

B. You really don't know exactly if your spyware/adware removal tools will "completely" remove all traces of the spyware/adware (which may vary, or be a new form of), so it can't "come back out of nowhere" (hiding in the registry, etc..).

Besides, there are better independent clients for the networks it connects to.

Now, if they want to remove the bullshit from their application, ok, i'll try it.

Then using "remove software" removes MOST of the crap that got installed, but left behind all this:
