Help From The Metal Heads

Hello fellow BeatKing'ers!!

My name is Matt and I am new to the BeatKing community.

I am an avid music fan and an amateur writer.

As you will learn, I have no writing skills what so ever.

Rather I have a passion to put words on paper, or in this case

the screen. I hope that you will all find the time to read what I

have to say, and will frequent my blog. The link is below.

I have been a huge music fan for well over 20 years; since I was 3

and grooving to Born In The USA by Bruce Springstein.

I followed rock for most of my childhood and was introduced to

Metal at the age of 12(ish). Well, nu-metal really. A friend of mine

was into Coal Chamber and I heard it one day and got hooked.

Since then my tastes have grown heavier and heavier, though I

still listen to all music.

I hope that I will be able to use this site, and my blog, to gain valuable

experience and to receive constructive criticism. In my free time I work

as part of Roadrunner's E-Team so I will be doing a lot of work with that

label. I will also be working with new, less well know bands, helping to

get the word out. Join me in my quest, I need everyone's help. Know an

album that people should know about but dont want to write a review?

Let me know, I will, regardless of genre. Know a band that is breaking

new ground and needs to be heard about? Tell me about them, I will

spread the news. I am here to help, to write! I will post some links below,

Ladies and Gentlemen, I welcome Michael Vick to the forum...

He has asked that all cat fights take place underground so

that he doesnt get caught this time around. All bets will be

placed 5 minutes before the start of the fight. Losing cats

will be hung AND electrocuted.
