After much anticipation, Atlanta-bred singer and rapper Yuing Baby Tate has finally unleashed her full-length GIRLS album, an 11-track ode to the multifaceted elements of womanhood as she introduces us to a range of girls on each track.

The new effort was previewed with a short film that serves as a visual supplement to give listeners a look at every girl explored on the project before diving into the audio experience.

Altogether, it's an effort that speaks to the artistry of Tate, who makes a point of producing, writing and arranging her work. Those landing an assist on the project include Kari Faux, Bbymutha, and Mulatto among others.

Next up, you can find Tate as she hits the road alongside Leikeli47's headlining trek across North America. Things kick on on March 19th in Kansas City, but until then take a listen to GIRLS,

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
