Chris Brown In The Clear In $10K Designer Lawsuit: Report

Chris Brown seems to always have some sort of legal drama he's dealing with, but it looks like he has one less lawsuit to deal with. According to The Blast, Breezy is now in the clear in the lawsuit accusing him of owing $10K to his former costume designer.

A court hearing was held on Thursday in Los Angeles for the lawsuit involving Chris Brown and his former costume designer. Neither parties showed up to the courtroom today, prompting the judge to dismiss the case entirely. 

Breezy was initially sued in December by Perry L. White, a costume designer who styled Brown during his tour. The designer claimed he never received any payments from Chris Brown. White said that Brown owed him $10K for the clothes provided to the singer during last summer's "Heartbreak On A Full Moon" tour. "[Brown] has not paid me for wardrobe/clothing that I designed plus made for his tour," White claimed in court. He also added that he had "contracts and receipts" to back up the claim. 

On his website, White's described as a “celebrated and exclusive fashion designer” with a clientele ranging from numerous high-profile celebrities. Among his clients are Queen Latifah, Macy Grey, Nicole Murphy, and E.J. Johnson. In addition, he designed outfits for some our favorite artists such as Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, and more.
