The feud between Dame Dash and Funkmaster Flex has elevated to the next level. The contention between the two was sparked after Dash and Nick Cannon discussed Jay-Z's alleged relationship with an underage Foxy Brown. The Dame Dash/Nick Cannon interview had several quotable moments, such as Dash claiming that he was against Jay working with R. Kelly. Funk Flex and Dash have been feuding for quite some time, but their latest back and forth has been the most entertaining. After Dash and Cannon spoke on Jay-Z and Foxy Brown, Flex interjected himself into the conversation via social media. On a post where 50 Cent calls out Dash, Funk Flex left a scathing comment aimed at the former Roc-A-Fella boss' failed marriage to Rachel Roy, a fashion designer who once interned at Rocawear.

Dash wasn't pleased with Flex commenting on his former relationship. After calling out Funk as a non-factor among bosses, Dash went on a social media rant. He posted videos of him and his daughter Ava speaking to a crowd about the effects of success, but he went off in the captions. "A real man knows never to mess with a mans family to prove a point it’s in poor taste and out of line and only a Desperate coward would go that far," wrote Dash. Funkflex I’m letting you know now we have a problem but Im not dealing with a slave I’m gonna deal with your master @hot97 and Jeff smulyan your slave has gone to far on your behalf and it’s gonna cost you I suggest y’all holla at me before I holla at y’all it will be cheaper ...but I suggest you bench your slave before he cost y’all more trust me."

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
