Chris Brown and Drake were once enemies, but their beef has since subsided. The two artists found themselves caught in between Rihanna, and their love for the gorgeous and talented singer led to an altercation. At the time, reports suggested the Chris Brown tried to squash his beef with Drake at Club W.I.P. in Soho, New York City, but Drizzy allegedly sent him a letter in response that read, "I'm fucking the love of your life." Although Drake has been making amends with old enemies, such as Meek Mill, fans were shocked when Breezy and Drizzy hinted at a collaboration project for 2019.
The Internet seems split about Drake and Chris Brown being friends. Several users took to Twitter to bash Drake for making amends with Breezy. "Yay.  Chris Brown is doing a collab with @Drake. Is sexual abuse bad but physical abuse of women totally ok?," wrote one user. "If ⁦@Drake does this he will be beating the hell out of every woman a la Chris Brown," wrote another. "I respected Drake for NOT supporting a #DomesticAbuser So how come he would change his tune? When did Drizzy stop respecting women? Pls D-DON’T align w/ that jerk!⁩" A long list of users tweeted out similar sentiments. How do you feel about their friendship?
