According to TMZ, Usher has filed court documents to divorce from his estranged wife Grace Miguel. The two announced that they're separating in March after quietly getting married in September 2015. The announcement came amid allegations that Usher spread herpes to several people. The two reportedly met in the music industry and Miguel once served as Usher's manager.

The two made a joint statement announcing that they called it quits. "After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives," the two said in the statement.

The Blast reports Usher is currently using the same lawyer he had during his custody battle with his first wife Tameka Foster.

Aside from his divorce, Usher's still dealing with the legal issues surrounding the herpes cases. Most recently, the singer took a bit of a victory after his male accuser dropped his demand for Usher's medical records to determine whether he had given him the STD.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
