The owner actually has a wildlife sanctuary nearby where he houses lions, tigers, and I think bears even. It's actually not uncommon for people to have pictures taken with his animals, he's been doing it for a long long time and this is the first incident to ever occur.. very sad.

Tigers are awesome.

Hey, I got an idea! Let's populate parts of the U.S. with Tigers!

How about just certain sections of Washington, DC

The rednecks would cap the tigers in rural areas. They would have a much better chance of not being shot in the tittie baby states like Californie. The problem with tigers in Californie is "can a tiger digest a girlie man?"

Wait, tigers are dangerous? And we shouldn't put our children next to them and take pictures?

Sheesh... They ought to come with labels or something. definitely not the parents' or the school system's fault. How could they have known tigers were dangerous?

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
