U2, Green Day to perform at Grammys

Green Day is nominated for six Grammys, Alicia Keys is nominated for eight and country superstar Tim McGraw is nominated for two.

Green Day's "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams" is ALMOST a good song. The lyrics almost had me hooked.........but they seem to just barely miss that one or two good lines that would have tied it altogether. I like the melody too, BUT of course, the lead singer's voice sounds like Dude's cat being crushed by a garbage truck.

i read somewhere that green day think that they're the punks (w/their shite music) and totally dis the clash. the next night we saw them on jools holland and they were like totally bowing down to paul simenon and mick jones (who were interviewed on same show), we laughed our asses off, as fucking /if/.

Maybe not, but they have gotten better, and the social conscience is in the right place

i'm pleased they've gotten better, the more long-lasting punks out there, the better IMO. :)
