Watch/Listen: Disclosure Team With Nile Rodgers for "Together" Featuring Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes

Disclosure, Nile Rodgers, Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes: "Together" on SoundCloud.

The track will be up for sale on iTunes soon.
