We have lots of people voting that don't/have never lived here. We will even have dead people voting. Go ahead and vote anyway, I don't care. Maybe someday you will live here and then you will already be an experienced voter in USA elections. :)

jip, my friend's in washington state for 30 years, she's a brit married to an amerikan and she can't vote (but she can pay US taxes). go figure.
