I like the song but I remember when it was a hit. The radio stations played it so much that I got sick of it. There have only been a few songs that I like that fit in that category. Galveston by Glen Campbell was another one.

I know its extremely popular, but I never liked this song. Wall to wall singing never does it for me and i don't see anything American about this song at all.
