I never test mine. I'm on a 6meg down, 784k up. My downloader/uploader shows the speed constantly and I'm constantly using it so I don't need to test.

Yours is almost 5x faster down than mine and just over 2x faster up. I'm turning green.

They may be testing the system. My brother has an 18meg fiber optic connection. A couple of weeks ago it ran at almost 30megs for a day or two then went back to normal.

Yobama will put a stop to it if he finds out. You know you really want a slow connection to go with your teenie weenie car that you have always dreamed of owning.
