Here's a leaked, 125-page transcript of the brainstorming session that started the "Raiders of the Lost Arc" series of movies in 1978 with Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, and Lawrence Kasdan.

It's not really the script - it's a transcript of discussions between George Lucas, Spielberg and the writer Larry Kasdan. In addition, there's more chat between Phil Kaufman, Debra Fine and Kasdan, which deals with some research. i was just reading it when you posted it :)

The amazing thing is that Lucas really had most of the story mapped out ... (according to Wikipedia, Phil Kaufman co-created the story)
