Milton Jackson & Sei A: Glasgow Kiss

1. Glasgow Kiss (Original Mix)

2. Glasgow Kiss (Jim Rivers Remix)

3. Clicks

The official release of this bundle of techy energy has been eagerly awaited since it burst onto the dancefloors of Miami last winter. Following the success of the deep, melodic house of ‘Jinzou’, Scotland’s Milton Jackson and Sei A have teamed-up again, this time to more insidious effect. Supported by an enigmatically epic remix from Jim Rivers, ‘Glasgow Kiss’ is an exemplary release from UK underground house producers at the top of their game.

1. 'Glasgow Kiss' (Original Mix) – A bubbly, bouncy explosion of energy and sentiment. Mesmerising melody shivers and shimmers exuberantly into the night.

2. 'Glasgow Kiss' (Jim Rivers Remix) – A gripping rollercoaster which climbs and plunges, twists and turns engrossingly. A fierce and sinister remix which demands your attention.

3. 'Clicks'– An edgy, trippy tech-house avalanche. Tantalising and torrential.

Milton Jackson’s been both prolific and inspired as a producer over the last few years with releases on such labels as Urbantorque, Freerange and Tronicsole, including the heavily rotated ‘Fade Runner’ and the massive ‘Cycles’.

Sei A is the guise of Andy Graham aka Droido. With tracks on Missive, Darkroom Dubs and Seinan Music behind him, Andy’s already got plenty of pedigree. His new projects as Sei A promise further innovation and dancefloor joy.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
