Dale Anderson: Double Deuce EP

1. Sex Show

2. No Idea

Dale Anderson serves two formidable aces as he joins the Urban Torque family. House music’s rising star flaunts his versatility and flashes his brilliance on the raunchy, playful deep-disco of ‘Sex Show’ and the insistent tech-house petulance of ‘No Idea’ – two un-returnable strokes. Advantage Mr Anderson.

1.Sex Show– This is not a cheap thrill in a dimly lit cellar; it’s a far classier frisky display of exhibitionism; a track that brags, teases and funks for your pleasure.

2. No Idea – This engaging cut assails, retreats and counter-attacks with calculated precision. Warped, squelching, skippy bass is Dale’s weapon of choice.

Dale Anderson’s profile as a DJ and producer and his astute ability to move a dancefloor from the DJ booth or the recording studio have never been more recognisable than they are today. Dale has joined the elite ranks of the Global Underground World Tours DJ roster. Following the massive success of his collaboration with Anil Chawla on the track ‘Leftorium’ he has also received the rare privilege of being signed to produce a full-length, all original GU Artist Album.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
