Saved Records is the record label of Nic Fanciulli and Andy Chatterley. Both renowned the world over as both DJs and Producers, Saved Records is a well respected and hugely admired independent label known for high quality and consistent output.

Part of the current batch of talent emerging from Canada, Toronto’s Daniel Dubb is quickly joining his fellow countrymen Deadmau5, Adam K and Mark Mendez at the vanguard of dance music. Having made his remix debut on Saved Records at the turn of the year Daniel Dubb now returns to Saved Records with a high impact peak-time track which will further cement his growing reputation.

In its original form Lifted bounces along to a bubbling groove made up of looped up stabs which filters through a succession of drops. A very simple but effective and distinctive record. Robotronic label boss DJ F.E.X adds his touch by cranking up the energy a few notches via some razor sharp hit hats and creating an overall more intense feel to the original.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
