I went to a cast and crew screening of a friend's new film, Starship Trooopers III, at the ArcLight last night - and it was quite good. Saw a little of old friends, too, which is always a nice bonus. I will probably watch some of Lollapalooza and catch up on some reading and writing for the rest of the weekend, as my car is still disabled until they find the part :o

How about you?

I have a friend in Chicago who experienced something strange on Monday. Lightning hit one of his apartment houses, destroyed two of his apartments, and friend every electrical appliance and computer! Life is fragile, so be happy with what you have.
