I went to a cast and crew screening of a friend's new film, Starship Trooopers III, at the ArcLight last night - and it was quite good. Saw a little of old friends, too, which is always a nice bonus. I will probably watch some of Lollapalooza and catch up on some reading and writing for the rest of the weekend, as my car is still disabled until they find the part

The Bovine family have a very laid back weekend. All chores done and the weather isn't good enough to do any stuff in the garden - so it could well be a very lazy weekend!

Worked saturday night at Pavilion...John Mayer.....that is about it for me. Did go to lunch with my brother and our aunt and uncle for my brother's Bday...which was back on July 11th!

I have a friend in Chicago who experienced something strange on Monday. Lightning hit one of his apartment houses, destroyed two of his apartments, and friend every electrical appliance and computer! Life is fragile, so be happy with what you have.
