In addition to being the frontman of DeerHunter, Brandon Cox plays a lot of instruments - electronics, tapes, drum, acoustic slide guitar, bell set, accordion, electric guitar, piano, bass drum, gong - and he records by himself as well as with the band. This week he was kind enough to release his latest solo EP via his blog. There are a number of nice ambient pieces here - Stereogum has even done a mini-review.
