It's Easter Weekend in Greece, so happy Easter to all the folks there.

I've had a minor bout with the flu, so I will be inbound - mostly writing, except for a business lunch on Sunday.

How about you all?

Well, we have a 30% chance of rain today and tomorrow, and I have to work both days at the Pavilion, so I will probably get soaked! Tonight I am working Avril Lavigne and tomorrow I am working Buzz Fest (all day long!!).

No, that's right across the river from Steubenville, Ohio. New Cumberland WV, more or less.

I lived near Greenbank for about three years. Durbin, WV. Now that's a beautiful place!!

Replaced the fuel pump in my one ton Chevy van. Filch tunes from cyberspace. Entertain Terminator and T2, the killer weenie dogs.

I was going to replace the transmission in my Suburban but the van coughed Friday so I fixed it instead. The transmission will have to wait until next weekend.

I am still debating on having someone else do the transmission. I had the same debate about the fuel pump and I lost.

You just don't know how hard it is to be a redneck. :beer1:

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
