It's that time again... So get out those funky dancing shoes as Supergroove returns to rock South London! After only 2 events we have already made our mark at the rather sumptuous Babalou with previous special guests including the chart topping Stonebridge (Sweden) and jet setters Herd & Fitz (UK).

For our next event On Friday 23rd May we have decided to inject some celebrity glamour into the gritty Brixton club scene by inviting down cheeky chappy Mikey Dalton of Big Brother fame.

Mikey was a DJ before he entered the BB house and with a little boost from his celebrity stardom he is rapidly gaining respect within the industry with a new monthly residency at EDEN, Ibiza. He has also headlined many events at well respected international venues including Miss Moneypennys, Garlands, BCM!

Mikey has also been trying his hand at producing and his latest release 'Top of the World' which is co-produced with Jon Fitz and is doing very nicely indeed.

His filth ridden dirty electro sets are definitely worth checking out and we hope to see you at his hotly anticipated debut at Supergroove!

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
