Baltimore's experimental pop music duo Beach House return with their sophomore full length album, "Devotion", once again exploring the themes of love and feeling. Beach House consists of Alex Scally on slide guitar and keyboards, and Victoria Legrand on vocals and organ, and they are known for their innovative use of different sounds. We posted an interview with them recently, in which they discuss their recording techniques, along with a music video, which was pretty cool. In addition, you can listen to their latest album in its entirety over at AOL's Spinner. It's the kind of soothing music that a nice glass of wine goes well with.

And if you like what you hear, you can pick it up over at Amazon, which is also hosting the video for the title cut. The track list is below. Enjoy.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
