Help find a Techno/Dance song

I just have the song in my head and theres almost no lyrics and the few I know excist I cant remember.

Ive heard it from a movie I think. It reminds me of Paul Okenfold - Ready Steady Go.

The song contains electric guitar I think and a guy sings nana naaa na and then talks/sings something after with some strange sound effect like broken monitors over the voice (not sure, it was little different).

So few things I have, but I know this song is pretty well known, like the Ready Steady Go, so someone might know it even though I have so few things.
