There are a fair few in that link. I'll post up anything else interesting I find too. It is saved in mbox format, so is not easy to open, but I'm getting there.

It is good to see their 100% failure rate on newtorrents.info. It is my favourite torrent site after eztvefnet.org :)

Most of it is boring tickets being opened and closed. They are oddly scared of ZP, but not too impressed with their journalism hehe. No mention of Beatking, but we shouldn't be too hurt - Engadget doesn't get a mention either.

CNet weighs in on MediaDefender's woes:

"News Analysis: The antipiracy company MediaDefender was under attack long before hundreds of its e-mails were stolen and exposed to the Web.

One of the largest companies offering to protect copyright music and movies from online piracy, MediaDefender's credibility and competence are now being questioned following a security breach that led to more than 6,000 of the company's e-mails being posted to the Web. Industry sources confirmed the authenticity of the e-mails."

Source code for all their anti-piracy software leaked:

http://torrentfreak.com/mediadefender-anti...-leaked-070920/

This time credited to an inside source at MediaDefender, rather than any sort of hacking/cracking. I don't see that MD can ever bounce back now.

There is also a website to view everything on, found here. However, the most interesting thing on that page is the e-mail sent to them by MediaDefender:

I am the CEO of MediaDefender. We have begun our civil and criminal investigations into the stolen emails from our company. We are meeting with the FBI on monday. Your IP address has been logged. I hope it was worth the thrill.

Was this company being run by a 5 year old??

“The [leak] is complete for their operations regarding Kazaa, bittorrent, gnutella etc. This system is … released for the public in order to identify the decoys [MediaDefender] set up,” states the leak’s accompanying NFO file.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
