Phil Mison, aka Cantoma, is a producer, songwriter, musician, DJ and sound pioneer out of the UK, who makes progressive 'chill music'. I first heard his music through the excellent Cafe Ibiza cd. He currently has a self-titled artist release via Quango Records (if you get a chance check out their website, and listen to the Quango Radio--it's all good stuff). Very chilled out, relaxing music. I like his music from what i'm hearing; can put you into that relaxed state of mind when played quietly.
