James Murphy and his band drop by Nic Harcourt's Morning Becomes Eclectic for a short interview, and to play some cuts off his new album, Sound Like Silver. You can watch/or listen to the show right HERE. (Following the taping, their may be a slight delay before the video kicks in. You can also watch a few videos HERE) if you like.

I just saw LCD at El Rey Monday night! I think they pretty much killed it. If you were there, I was the guy passing out Astralwerks promo bags after the show.

I saw them at coachella and I'd say this was a much more cohesive set most likely due to a 50 minute set time crunch at coachella and of course the ever frightening and buzz killer affliction known as starting late...

Of course both sets were closed with NY I love you but you're bringing me down...tell me about it. Both sets were also initiated with Us V Them. For some reason they just wont play beat connection for me. I suppose I shall only rock out to that number in my truck on the way to work...or at home.

Thanks Mr. Murphey for a great show!

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
